Release Overview
2022-04 provides a number of new features and significant improvements to DebtPayPro. Note that the acknowledgement of releases that originated as requests via the Forth Aha IdeaBoard are assigned an Aha Number in the following format - "CRM-I-XXX".
Deployment of Insights System
This new addition provides a powerful new business intelligence platform to DebtPayPro (DPP) called DebtPay Insights. Leveraging data from the CRM and other select sources, users can slice, transform, visualize and forecast key metrics about their business. Bringing data to life through rich visualization tools, Insights strives to transform mundane tables of data into living and breathing dashboards.
These dashboards visualize calls that become leads, how much money is being earned in fees in the timespan you decide to view, how long the average account takes to graduate, and dozens of other types of critical metrics. Insights has been enabled across all Debt Settlement accounts.

Show Package vs. Template on Generated Docs
This new feature adds a column, called Object Type to the Generated Docs" table to identify if a generation was a package or a template. This feature helps add clarity for users as to which document feature they are using to create contracts.
CRUD for CTX Lenders (CTX-I-66)
This new feature addresses a request to automate a currently manual process of adding lenders one at a time. The solution was to add "Create read update delete" (CRUD) for Lender objects on the Centrix API as a way to import lenders in bulk to the lenders tab. This API object should match the lenders tab in the system.
Showing Absolute Time in Client Dashboard History Log instead of Relative Time
When viewing a client dashboard, the history log reflected the time the action happened but it only showed absolute time on entries prior to the current day. Entries within the current day were all in relative time. ALL entries in the history log are now listed in absolute time
Centrex Tag Additions CTX-511, 507
Two new tags added for our Centrex clients provide additional flexibility for their clients. The first added Tags for Advance Commission Fields on an advance. The second added a lender's business name to advance submissions.
Previously, a tag only populated the lender name on advance submit status changes, but did not include the lender name for advance submissions. This new tag now populates the lender's business name for advance submissions. Click Here for more details.
Added Routing Number Validation Endpoint (CRM-I-545)
This new feature created a Forth API Endpoint to validate nine-digit US routing numbers entered into the CRM. This new endpoint will provide the corresponding bank name and address.
Added Verified Date, Ready to Settle Report as filter
This new feature updates the "Ready to Settle" page with a new filter called "Debt Verified" with Yes/No outcomes. If Yes is the outcome, a filter for debts that have a valid verified date will be run. If No, a filter for debts that have no verified date on the debt will be run. Added Co-Applicant to Contact Object (CRM-I-543)
This new feature returns a Co-Applicant contact ID if one exists on create/read/update for a contact object. That ID will be based on the co-applicant relationship field on the client record.
System should not allow user to schedule EPF without Settlement
This new feature updates the system to prevent a user from scheduling an Earned Performance Fee (EPF) without selecting an associated settlement. There are instances where a client forgets to charge an EPF and then has to go back to the program and schedule one to collect their fee. From this point on, it will be up to Forth agents to assist in these one-off requests. This resolves a problem from a compliance and ethical perspective of charging consumers fees that may violate original terms.
Dynamic tag functionality for Document Packages
This new feature adds dynamic tag functionality to Document Packages. Dynamic tags allow users to provide custom values and already exist, but they were previously only available within a Template. It is now available for both Templates and Packages. All data that you input into a Tag field will now appear as an output upon document generation.
What's Improved
Updated {SETTLEMENT_SUMMARY} Tag Format
This improvement updated the tag formatting for the SETTLEMENT-SUMMARY tag in the CRM. Specifically, numbering was centered and the amount is now spelled out in Original Debt Amount for this tag.
Deleted All System Lenders from the Lenders Tab
In the past when a new CRM account was created, there are a list of lenders that are by default in the lenders tab. Some of these businesses are out of business and clients very much only want their own lenders. These default lenders could not be deleted within the CRM. With this update, the following is now in place:
For New Clients, when a new CRM account is created the lenders tab is completely blank with no lenders.
For Existing Clients, we added the ability to delete within the CRM any lender that was there by default when their CRM account was created.
Standardize ClixSign Signer Recognition
This update standardized system behavior around how signers show up on the Send to Clixsign page. Instead of looking at the presence of a Co-applicant on contact to draw signer fields, the CRM now bases it on the presence of Signer Tags in the documents/package being generated.
Document Categories Showing "()" on Document Categories Page
On the Document Categories page, categories are showing as "()" This improvement now displays "(0)" in the event there are no entries for a given document category.
Searchable Drop-Down for Package/Template When Generating Docs/Packages on Contact
Prior to this update, the drop-down box to select a package or a template for doc generation did not allow for search. This update added the ability to filter by typed search results, that now allows users to more easily find the package or template they are looking for.
Copy Forth Endpoints to Centrex API
This update simplifies the API established for Centrex to match with DPP's API. Forth endpoints via Stoplight are now available on CTX API.
Update Tag Functionality for Settlements (CRM-I-511)
This update allows our client to provide all of the details on the settlement offer that triggered the event, instead of the few fields formerly available on this trigger.
This update includes adding tag functionality to Settlement Offered and Settlement Status Change events to support the following tags that are context sensitive to the debt that is being negotiated on:

{DEBT_AMOUNT} - Current debt amount

{CREDITOR_ACCT} - Account number of original creditor

{DEBT_ORIGINAL} - Original debt amount
Currently these tags do not work on email templates when the trigger event is fired. It’s important to be able to share the account number and original balance when presenting the client with an offer and asking them to accept it.
Auto Refresh SMS Feed On Sending an SMS
This update is in response to several reports of our users' SMS feed not updating once they send out a message via SMS. We created this update to automatically refresh a user's SMS Feed, so that a sent SMS message will appear once that message has been sent.
This update now displays Loan ID next to each integration in the loan section of a contact's dashboard. It is set up to display the most recent Loan ID in the table for that particular contact.
Added link to Note Types page on Admin Tab (CRM-I-560)
This update added a link to navigate to the note type page under the admin tab within the CRM user interface). The path to this new link is Admin tab > Settings > New option on the navigation bar for Note Types. Click Here to access its location within the CRM.
