Release Overview
2022-02 provides a number of new features and significant improvements to DebtPayPro.
- Created new (SETTLEMENT_SUMMARY) document tag

What's New
Created new (SETTLEMENT_SUMMARY) document tag (2022 Feb Minor Feature Release)
A document tag listing a summary of client's debt info was needed for sending clients a summary of the debt information upon graduation of their program.
Added ability to select any gateway when adding a one-off payment to an already existing enrollment plan (2022 Feb Minor Feature Release)
When a client is already enrolled and wants to make a separate payment via a different payment method, the only way to do it is to delete the existing enrollment plan, save a new plan with the desired gateway, run the payment, then go back and delete that enrollment plan and save it back to the original plan. Simply enabling the option to select gateway when adding or adjusting a payment minimizes user error and system issues.
We added a drop down to the "add/edit" transaction modal to select the custodial event for that transaction. (When a user updates an individual transaction, only the transaction itself gets updated and not the custodial account on the customer record).
While a client can only have one gateway/custodial account assigned to them at any given time, transactions saved on that customer can be pointed at different gateways for processing.
This update allows the user to manually select the custodial account per transaction without changing the gateway on the customer altogether and having to resave an enrollment plan.
Additionally the “adjust payments” screen was updated with a new option for custodial account when adjusting more than one transaction. In a similar fashion, the customers custodial account will NOT change upon payments getting adjusted to new payment gateways from this page
Added ability to customize Settled Debts tab (2022 Feb Minor Feature Release)
We added access to the customize button in the settled debts section similar to how it is set up in the enrolled debts section. This provides access to add different fields or reorder fields on this table.
What's Improved
Update to Change/Update Primary Assigned Action with Triggers
This update added the ability to change/update primary assigned via an action (now called “Change Primary Assigned”) on triggers.
Dropdowns now include an option to select the company and then select the user to assign the file to. Finally, there is now an option to un-assign the contact in the user drop down. Click here to access our knowledge base article on Triggers
Update to Change/Update Secondary Assignee with Triggers
This update introduces a new action to Change/Update secondary assignment as a trigger action. Upon execution, this action updates the secondary assignment based on type/assignee based on selection.
Drop downs include the “assignment type” drop down to select between role, company type, or team.
- Role - would introduce another drop down to select the role (agent, negotiator, etc)
- Company Type - introduce another drop down to select the company type (marketing company, servicer, etc.)

What's Removed
Removed contacts and enrolled columns from Company Administration page
When clicking on the Companies tab, the number of enrolled contacts was showing “0”. The Company Administration page was not meant to be a page used for viewing statistics like the number of enrolled contacts. Enrollment reports or contact lists can be used to get these counts.
To restore the accuracy of the number of enrolled contacts, the display of enrolled contacts was removed from view at Admin > Companies > User > Contacts > Enrolled columns.
Removed Widgets for email marketing campaigns to speed load times
The E-Marketing page was slowed down by the Statistics widget. These widgets are causing massive performance issues across companies running multiple campaigns. We moved the current month summary and last 6 months summary widgets from https://login.forthcrm.com/index.php?module=ecampaign&page=index, to a different page so that its queries would not slow down the page to the point of virtual non-functioning.
