Release Overview
2022-10 provides several new features and significant improvements to DebtPayPro. Note that the acknowledgment of releases that originated as requests via the Forth Aha IdeaBoard are assigned an Aha Number in the following format - "CRM-I-XXX".
What's New
Added "Task Created" as an Event in Trigger System
Added "Task Created" as an Event in Trigger System. Formerly, we only had "task updated" and "task completed" as event triggers. This now enables clients to build additional automation when tasks are created and assigned.
Added Array API OAuth Update
This new pull credit report feature (which occurs in the background) works in the background, providing a new authentication process that launches when you click the "Pull Credit Report" button (see image below) from the Client's Dashboard (If the "Pull Co-App" checkbox is selected, verification will add questions from the co-applicant's credit report.).
Added Servicing Client Summary Tab on Contact Dashboard (CRM-I-701)
Affiliates need to have the ability to see and report on live client transaction-related information as it lives on the Servicing Company account (separate accounts). This requires pulling in summaries of key client progress. This needs to be live data that does not require a webhook to update. Adding this summary page and reporting now provides greater transparency at the client level.
Added New SMS Functionality
This new feature allows for a new trigger event for all SMS sent. This will allow clients to trigger an action based on an SMS message being sent. This feature also created a “Last SMS” tag that will now pull in the most recent SMS on the customer. This will allow us to post the last SMS to another Forth account via an updated record data source.
The tags added are: {LAST_SMS_DATE}, {LAST_SMS}, and {LAST_SMS_BY}
Added Uploading of Multiple Docs and Refreshed User Interface (CRM-I-579)
Clients may use the Consumer Portal to have consumers upload documents straight to the CRM. However, if clients need to upload multiple pages of documents, they often are uploaded as individual documents, each page of the doc as its own individual file uploaded. This will solve the problem that causes, by allowing multiple files uploaded to be collapsed into one single PDF file on the Uploaded Docs tab within the Contact Dashboard. This way, our clients won't have to manually download, combine, and re-upload multi-upload docs as a single document.
What's Improved
Updated Available Filters for Contact Lists
DSRP's often have lending products for customers that meet certain requirements. We provided two new filters to address two common requirements. They are: “Number of Cleared Payments”(greater than or equal to option) and “Payments Made since last NSF” (greater than or equal to option). Adding these filters to the contact list will provide DRSPs with the tools needed to identify customers who are eligible for submission to our various lending integrations.
Update to EPF Tag
The tag {EPFOPEN} was updated to reflect the number of Earned Performance Fees that are open.
Retaining Previous Offers within the Settlement Module
This update ensures that existing settlement offers will now be retained and carry on to every future session on that specific offer until it is manually unchecked or the settlement offer is accepted/completed.
We also updated the user interface to display a number next to the "Other Offers" text on the Settlements Page, to indicate the number of Other Offers recorded.
API Updates
Added Company ("Business Name") in Contacts Endpoint (CTX-I-125)
Centrex clients must be able to access and modify Business Name data on their contacts through the API. This new feature created the ability to create, read, update, and delete a contact's business name.
