This article describes the features that allow you to use the InSights Dashboard. This article includes the following topics:
Summary
Insight dashboards contain the information, trends, and statistics to help you identify where you have the most success, how users spend their time, and details about incoming and outgoing transactions.
Dashboards can be filtered, analyzed for trends, and printed. The abundance of information available provides companies with data that can help them make decisions in the best interests of their business and clients.
Accessing the Insights dashboards
- Go to the Insights tab and select a dashboard to view by clicking one of the options shown (see below).
- To open and close the Filter panel, click the > on the right side of the page (see below).
- If desired, click PDF at the top of the page to save a PDF version of the dashboard.
- If desired, click the three vertical dots, (see red highlighted image below) at the top of the page:

- If you select "Download Image", the dialog box below appears allowing you to adjust image settings, including image size (in pixels) and the data to be shown.
- Restore the dashboard if you have adjusted the filters or moved the widgets
- Download the dashboard as a PDF or as an image

- If you hover over the upper right side of each widget, the following options appear:
- - displays trends and explanations
- - allows you to see the full details for that widget
- - expands the widget to full screen

- opens additional options such as:
- Download as an Image or .CSV file
Customizing filters
- Open the dashboard you want to adjust the filters to. 🗒 If you are not in the dashboard you want, start by doing steps 1 and 2 in the Accessing the Insights dashboards section above.
- While there are many filters available, all dashboards have the following default filters:
- Campaign Name
- Assigned User
- Plan Name
- Enrolled Date
- To customize the filters, do the following within the Filters panel:
- If the filter you want to modify is already displayed, click the > (see red highlights in the image above) to view a list of fields you can select to include as additional filters.
- You may additionally click on the pencil icon that appears when you hover over the filter name (see red highlighted image below)
- If the filter you want to modify is already displayed, click the > (see red highlights in the image above) to view a list of fields you can select to include as additional filters.

- If you want to disable a filter, slide the toggle button to the off position (see the blue highlighted image above).
- Click the at the top of the Filters panel to:
- Apply the Default Filters to the widget (this is good if you've changed filters) or click the or;
- Set as My Default Filters to create a new set of default filters.
