This article was developed to describe how to access DocuSign reporting in the CRM. To access the DocuSign Report, go to the Reports tab. The page should look like the example shown below:
The DocuSign Report allows management to track the number of documents that have been sent to DocuSign for client signature, by whom the docs were sent, and the status of those documents (if they have been signed or not). Available filters include Company Name, Sent By, Status (Completed/Sent/Delivered/Declined), Sent Date, and Signed Date.
Using the DocuSign Report
1. Configure the filters, then click Filter. This will determine what data is displayed.
2. Beneath the filters will display a full list of all DocuSign requests sent. To export the data into a spreadsheet, click Export To CSV.
3. To export the data into a spreadsheet, click Export Current View or Export Full Report. You will receive a confirmation dialog box like the one below to confirm your decision to export.
