FHC-XX | Monevo Access and How to Use It | March 15, 2024 | 0.4 |
This article was developed to describe the Monevo Access Integration. This simplified integration will save time on setting up new customers with Monevo, making your use of this integration easier.
This feature replicates Monevo integration settings and is intended to help develop a frictionless customer experience for both the CRM user and consumer; as well as reduce overall maintenance on Monevo by offering an alternative to the hosted page.
NOTE: This feature relies on the Monevo Add-On within Settings to be enabled. Ensure “Monevo Access” is selected under both the "Add-On" column and the "Integrations" column.
Setting Up the Monevo Access Integration
For persons with access to Integrations settings, go to the Admin tab and then select "Integrations" from the Navigation Bar (see below).
Click on “Monevo Access” (shown below) to configure credentials for the Monevo Access Integration.
NOTE: the screen that appears may show additional options than are shown in this example, based on your Integrations Access.
If you do not have access to Monevo Access, the following dialog box appears, asking you to contact your Account Manager to establish this integration.
The credentials would effectively be your Mappings page for what campaign code and what URL they will be using. This URL is provided by Monevo. This applies to the campaign code too. The campaign code tells Monevo which customers are submitting an application.
You can enable or disable those by company, and you can access this page at (Admin > Integrations and then Monevo Access), to create new sets of credentials as needed.

Not all fields are required, like the V2-V4 fields, but they must pass the Contact ID using the V1 field. This would need to be mapped to our contact ID.
NOTE: The data entered into these fields is what pre-populates the Monevo Access page.
How to Use Monevo Access
This section of the article documents the user journey with the Monevo Access product from within the CRM from both the customer and the agent perspective. To begin, go to the Contact tab within the CRM.
From here, you may either create a new contact or search for an existing user by entering the User’s ID in the Search field at the top left of the screen and clicking “Edit Contact”.
On the top left side is standard information such as company name, first and last name, date of birth, etc.
In addition, there is an additional information section, which would encompass various custom fields that a client might be tracking and using as part of the integration (See example below).
When you are ready to provide the client with the page on which they will receive their offers, click on the “Loans” subtab in the menu ribbon on the right side of the page (as shown below in red).
Click “Send Consumer Request”.
In the email address dropdown menu, specify the email address it will be going to. You may also select SMS from the "Send Via" dropdown menu to text that contact.
Click “Send Request” and the request will be sent to the customer via email in the form of a link. They will get an email that looks like this:
Within that email, click the “Click Here to Continue'' button to open the Monevo page. The Monevo Page is pre-populated via the Mappings page, pulling information from the client.
This is the page where the customer reviews the information with the account representative on the phone.
The customer is then asked to consent to all terms of service, credit authorization agreement, use of e-consent, and privacy policy to see their personalized loan offers. Once they agree to these terms (by clicking the small checkbox highlighted in red above), click the “Get your results” button and any loan offers that they qualify for will appear.
NOTE: Checking available rates will not affect the applicant’s credit score.
Now you have the results of this Consumer Loan request and the different offers that the client would receive. At this point, payroll will be updated with the same view of offers, but from the agent’s perspective. Refresh the page and go back to the “Loans” tab on the menu ribbon.
Click the “Go To Offers” button (see above), and the agent’s read-only view of the offers is displayed.
The agent now sees the same thing that the consumer is seeing and they can help coach them through the various options, and help the consumer make a selection that best fits their needs.
The consumer would then continue forward with one of these offers, assuming that they are still interested, by clicking on the “Continue” button next to the offer they wish to pursue (see below).
