2. Create an Enrollment Plan per standard process

c) Select the appropriate Creditor from the dropdown
d) Select "Send to Clixsign"

6. Once the consumer signs the agreement, you will receive an email with it attached. Attach the agreement to the 'Docs' section of the Contact's dashboard:
a) Drag-and-drop the document to the document upload box or use the 'Browse' hyperlink
b) Select "Veritas Agreement" from the dropdown that appears
c) *Optional* Populate the document description, which will be visible in the Contact's History log.
7. Go to the Enrollment tab on the Contact dashboard and click the "Click here to create Veritas client" hyperlink. Note: The consumer cannot be previously enrolled as the Veritas system does not allow resubmitting through this workflow.
8. The below entry on the Contact History dashboard confirms that the consumer was successfully enrolled with Veritas
Notes
-
The Veritas agreement must be uploaded before Enrollment to create a successful submission. This will create open communication for contact information to be sent to Veritas automatically.
-
Successful submission creates a mapping between Forth contact ID and Veritas member ID (this is a background process), and the contract/agreement document gets uploaded along with client information and debt records if present (creditor name, account number, balance).
-
Success/error messages are displayed on the screen in the floating (green, red) boxes, and errors are recorded in the system log.
-
In case of unsuccessful enrollments (when we cannot create members in Veritas' system), a link like the one shown below may be displayed on the enrollments page in the CRM to facilitate the client's enrollment into the Veritas system.
-
Generic contact information fields are auto-mapped, and no action is needed to pass first name, last name, etc. Other fields are read from the enrollment plan and mapped automatically as well.
- Required fields - basic validation for non-empty values on the Forth CRM side, more advanced validation on Veritas' end upon record submission:
