New Triggers System

Taking everything you love about triggers and making it infinitely more customizable and powerful, the new DebtPayPro triggers system has been redesigned from the ground up to help drive a smarter and more efficient business. An intuitive yet flexible new condition builder tool enables creation of targeted business logic and rules that are evaluated on each trigger. Connecting these evaluated triggers to a robust and ever growing list of actions & integrations allows you to create automated, worry free, and actionable business outcomes. The New Triggers System should be available around mid 2021.

Help Center Upgrade

As part of DebtPayPro’s 2021 improvement initiatives, we will be implementing a new and improved Help Center. Our primary goal is to make our Help Center a user-friendly experience that encompasses all the information you need to accomplish your tasks, learn our software product, and troubleshoot issues within a few simple clicks.

The intake forms in your system play a crucial role in how a contact’s record gets created and what initial attributes are available allowing you to get an accurate representation of that contact.

The following information can help you make the most of intake forms for your business.

TIPS

• Using the --SPACER-- field can be used to add a line break/gap into the form.
• Form developers can add notes or directions for sections and fields. 
• Intake forms can be assigned to specific companies and affiliates.
• They can be categorized for internal or external use. 
• External Forms  allow you to attach documents.
• Fields can be organized by placing them into field groups. You can have as many field groups as necessary such as address information, employer information, reference information, and so on. 
• Note that the “Field Label” can be used to give a field an alias when presented on a form.  For example, if the custom field is “Housing Status”, the field label could be “Does the contact rent or own?”.
• Another option to simplify forms is to use the single column layout, which omits fields and columns for co-applicants. 

REMEMBER

• You can have as many forms as you feel are necessary for users to fill out, and each form can have different fields and properties to them. 
• If you update the information in a field that appears on more than one form, the new value replaces the existing one.
