Contacts can have a variety of files that are uploaded and attached specifically to this client.
To upload a file on a client, go to the "Client Dashboard".
Click on the small "Docs" tab located on the client's dashboard.
Choose "Upload File" in the upper right corner of this pane.
A popup window will appear to allow you to attach a file to this client. Supported files types are: doc, pdf, wav, mp3, txt, xls, jpg, png, gif
**For documents that you would like DPG Customer Support to view, make sure to select the ACH Authorization Document Type.
Choose the file off your computer and type in a description for this file. This helps you identity files later on.
Click the "Upload" link to complete uploading the file. Depending on the file size and your upload speed. This may take a minute.
You will now find the file under a section labeled Uploaded Files as pictured below (The page may need to be reloaded before the information is updated on your screen).
