What's New (8)
Safeguard API Keys from Suspended or Deleted Users
This new feature denys API key issuance, or any API Requests, of a suspended or deleted user. It ensures that API keys are not generated for these past users using their client_secret and client_id credentials, and blocks API access attempts using keys associated with suspended or deleted user accounts at all Forth CRM API endpoints. This policy update affects all authorization requests to the Forth CRM API. When API Key generation is prevented by user status, an error code of "401" and an error message (Unauthorized access. Invalid credentials or user suspended or deleted) appears.
API Permission Setting for Updating Advance Submission Status
This feature adds an API Permission Settings for Updating Advance Submission Status. This adds a setting to control acess by providing a checkbox for the "Update Submission Status (PUT)" endpoint, titled "Update Advance Submission Status".
Manually Assign Task Groups Using New Trigger System
This new feature allows a user to create a group of tasks from the 'Assign Task' trigger within the automation interface so that one can efficiently manage and assign multiple tasks at the same time, enhancing productivity and ensuring consistency in task management. When 'Assign Task' is selected, a new "Assign Task Group" drop-down appears under "Setup Action(s)" when 'Assign Task' is selected. This new dropdown menu is automatically populated with the list of tasks from Calendar > Tasks > Task Items. Users may select multiple tasks using checkboxes from the "Assign Task Group" dropdown menu and set attributes such as "Assigned To" and "Due Date (days)" for each task. This enables the creation of task groups from predefined tasks in Calendar > Tasks > Task Items and improves workflow automation by allowing batch task creation and assignment.
SERIS SSN Duplicate and Blacklist Check
Exclusively available to consumers and DRSPs enrolling with Forth Pay, the Submission and Enrollment Record Interception System (SERIS), works in real time to enhance record quality and ensure accurate data relationships during enrollment. SERIS identifies and blocks multiple enrollment attempts associated with the same Social Security Numbers within each CRM account, ensuring the integrity of our enrollment process. In addition, our proprietary technology checks incoming consumer enrollment data (i.e., a Blacklist check) to make sure they are neither included on our internal blocked SSN list nor duplicated.
Block ACH Debits of $20K or More
With this new feature, Forth can now prevent the scheduling and processing of consumer ACH debits of $20,000 or more through enrollment or one-time payment, to allow control over transaction amounts and compliance with our operational guidelines. This prevents large ACH debit transactions from being scheduled on the CRM and will uphold CRM financial constraints by displaying an error message whenever a user attempts to initiate a debit transaction of $20,000 or more. The error message should read "Error: This amount exceeds the Forth Pay limit of $20,000.00 per debit. Adjust the amount or have the consumer schedule a bank wire or ACH Credit to deposit funds with Forth Pay." NOTE: This modification applies to users processing with the Forth Pay CRM.
Simplifying Updating Enrollment Plans within Clients
This new feature provides an update to our system that simplifies your workload and creates efficiency! Formerly, to obtain the correct calculations of an enrollment plan, the plans needed to be deleted and resaved if an update needed to be made. Now, from within the Enrollment Plan, you can make the changes you need, click “Save Enrollment Plan” in the Navigation Bar, and that is it - nice and easy!
Document Generation System
This new feature includes several large updates to the Document Generation system within the Forth system. The set of updates includes:
Redesigned Document and Clixsign Generation Experience - Say goodbye to the days of cumbersome navigating through multiple screens. With just a few clicks on one page, you can now effortlessly generate documents, assign signers and delivery settings, and send your documents for signature via Clixsign, saving you valuable time and energy that would be better spent on growing your business!
Unlock the Power of Multiple Signers - In the past, document packages were limited when sending PDF-based files for signature. Additionally, HTML-based documents only supported two (2) signers, making it challenging to combine HTML and PDF files within a single package intended for multiple signers. To address this, we expanded support for up to nine (9) signers, allowing HTML-based and PDF-based documents to use additional signers, going beyond just the applicant and co-applicant!
Updated Clixsign Settings Page - We redesigned the Clixsign Settings Page to simplify administration for all companies within your account using Clixsign while refining the user experience. Furthermore, the "Company Access" section (accessed by clicking “Company Access” on the left-hand side menu) has been optimized to provide better control and give you the ability to enable Clixsign functionality for specific companies within your account.
Enhanced Settlement Scheduler - We added the ability to generate settlement and debt-specific documents, and then send Clixsign documents through the settlement offers page. This is accomplished by having Clixsign/document generation as part of the settlement scheduler user interface, and by pre-populating creditor-specific fields based on the settlement offer/debt that a user is looking at that moment. This was developed to help facilitate better communication/interaction with creditors, prevent needless navigation, and further expand our settlement scheduler's capabilities.
Using Doc Gen with Advances - We added the ability for CTX users to use the new Doc Gen modal when on an individual Advance, instead of using the old Doc Gen process. This model will now be accessible while working on an individual advance. When generating a document on the advances tab for a given advance the new document generation modal will launch in place of the old document generation process. Using the document generation modal on this page will still allow advance-specific tags to be chosen by selecting the advance before generation. The advance the user is editing should be pre-selected in the advance dropdown option for generating advance-specific document templates.
Poverty Guidelines for 2024
With this update, we updated the Poverty Guidelines of 2024 within the Forth system. These guidelines can be found here: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2024/01/17/2024-00796/annual-update-of-the-hhs-poverty-guidelines.
What's Improved (5)
Payment Field in Loanosity Integration
This feature updates the "Payment" field within the Loanosity Integration to allow Loanosity to obtain improved visibility of the most recent cleared payment for the consumer. This will enhance understanding and management of the payment streams. Specifically, it modifies the existing functionality of the Loanosity API to transmit the consumer's most recent cleared payment. The 'payment' field within the 'settlement' object of the Pre-Approval Application message and Final Approval Application message will now contain the dollar amount of the consumer's latest cleared debit transaction.
MAVIS Approval to Include Affiliate Account Signings
The MAVIS (Machine Assisted Verification & Identification System) approval process will now autonomously approve Forth Pay authorization documents signed within an affiliate account. Affiliates play a crucial role in managing the initial stages of some consumer enrollments before submitting comprehensive consumer files to DRSPs. Formerly, affiliate accounts had contacts sign a Forth Pay Authorization within their own CRM, then post that contact along with the signed Authorization to the servicing company, who then uploaded the Authorization and enrolled the file. Upon enrollment, Mavis was declining the application for "Incorrect Contact" and the authorization then needed to be reviewed manually. Now, MAVIS can approve the application signed in the affiliate account and release the hold without needing a manual review. This streamlines operations and minimizes document rejections due to data mismatch, ensuring a smoother enrollment process for affiliates and DRSPs.
Factor ACH Client Debts into Your Monthly Draft Calculations
This new feature lets you factor in existing ACH Client Debits when editing enrollment plans. This means monthly drafts will be even more accurate, seamlessly reflecting your client's contributions. This feature lets you toggle the factoring in existing debit contributions on an individual contact level. Plus, for added transparency, you can now see the Payment Count, providing a comprehensive overview of the total number of payments when the "Factor existing debit contribution" feature is activated. Once the setting has been made, go to the "Program Snapshot" section under Payment Schedule where you will find a user-friendly checkbox to enable or disable the option. The magic happens as the field automatically populates with the total sum of cleared ACH client debits in currency format and the total number of client debit payments made towards the plan. When enabled, the system updates the payment schedule in real time, recalculating the monthly draft amount to ensure the total contribution, including existing debits, equals the specified total. NOTE: This feature is set to the “off” position by default. Contact your Account Manager or the Forth Support team to enable this feature for your account.
Beyond Webhook Integration
This feature modified the Forth CRM to accommodate the updated Beyond Finance API and updated its Webhook integration in the Forth CRM application to map "Customer Id" to the "affiliate_lead_id" field. This update was necessary to align with Beyond's API changes and ensure accurate data validation and error handling when triggering Beyond Webhooks.
Monevo Loan API Mapping Updates
With this new update, the Forth system may now take of advantage of changes that Monevo is making to some elements of their field names on the API. These changes are needed to maintain the pre-population of fields from the CRM. The goal is to maintain consistency with the Monevo API to support a seamless experience for the end user. Field values are not changing as part of this update only the field names.
