What's New (11)
Filter Contacts by Number of Calls
This new feature allows our clients to apply the “# Calls” filter directly within the CRM's List Builder module to facilitate the creation of targeted campaigns. The benefit of this is that clients can now enable the “# Calls” field as a selectable filter in the dropdown menu under 'Available Fields' in the List Builder module. This filter option can be specified using the conditions ‘More Than,’ ‘Less Than,’ ‘Equal To,’ and ‘Between.’
Add Shared Enrollment Plans to Trigger Conditions
Previously, affiliate accounts could select multiple backend shared enrollment plans. Upon user error, a contact could be submitted to a backend with the wrong shared plan saved. With this new feature, we added shared enrollment plans to the enrollment plan trigger conditions that now allow an account to define the conditions and ensure when a contact is submitted, it goes to a specific backend with the correct shared enrollment plan saved on file. This reduces user errors and improves process efficiency. Benefits of this feature include enhancing the CRM system's functionality by including shared enrollment plans within trigger conditions and reducing the risk of contacts being submitted to the wrong backend due to user error.
Go to the "Trigger Configuration" section, click on the 'Select an Event' dropdown menu and ensure 'Client Enrolled' is selected. Then, navigate to the enrollment settings and confirm that 'Inter-Account Plan Sharing' is enabled and an account ID is specified. This allows for the specification of an account ID to facilitate shared plan access.
Automate California Refund Statements
As ForthPay continues to grow through new client enrollments, the number of cancellations in California has grown exponentially. To address this, we have further automated the sending of the CA AB 1405 required refund summary statement. Forth Pay sends a specific "refund statement" to any consumer canceling in California per the AB1405. The summary statement was formerly manually sent by the Forth Pay team via a trigger notification from the CRM emailed to the team. We added additional automation to this process by automatically creating the summary statement after the refund has a successful cleared date.
Introduce Current Payments Field in the Contact List Builder
This new feature created a "Total Current Payments" field within the Contact List Builder “Available Fields to Display” menu. This new field replicates the data seen under Contacts > Debts > Edit Debts for the associated Contact by displaying the aggregate total current payments for enrolled debts to include for use as a filter. It provides the functionality to utilize the "Total Current Payments" field as a displayable data point on a Contact record and as a filter criterion. This filtering can be specified using the conditions ‘More Than,’ ‘Less Than,’ ‘Equal To,’ and ‘Between.’
Instantly Connect with Contacts from the Search Bar
With this new feature, when you enter the exact contact ID or customer ID in the search bar on the Contacts tab and press the enter key, the system navigates directly to that contact's details page without showing a list of search results. This direct navigation streamlines the process of navigating to a contact's details page by allowing direct access using the search bar on the Contacts tab via the ID number, as well as enhancing the user experience by reducing the number of steps required to find a specific contact. This feature is available on the contact list page and the contact dashboard page, utilizing either ID number.
Have the Credit Score Tag for Co-Applicants
This new feature allows affiliates to transmit a co-applicant credit score via Webhook. This was accomplished by creating a new Tag, {COCREDITSCORE} to populate the co-applicant credit score. This will now enable the sending of a co-applicant credit score between two internal Forth accounts. This tag can also be used in IF statements. This tag is accessible through email templates, document templates, and triggers.
Identify Use Patterns of Clixsign Requests
This feature allows the monitoring of consumers' usage patterns regarding their preference for receiving Clixsign documents, specifically whether they are being sent and signed via email or SMS. These analytics are available for review within the Clixsign Reporting module. The benefits of this feature include distinguishing whether a Clixsign document was disseminated and signed through email or SMS. To enable this, we modified the Clixsign URL to specify the communication channel (Email or SMS). For instance, appending `&s=1`for email and `&s=2`for SMS. These numbers reflect the delivery method selected in the "Generate Documents" module under "Delivery & Expiration Settings."
Seamlessly Transition Settlements from "Accepted" to "Completed"
This update automatically transitions settlement offers from "Accepted" to "Completed" status. The system will identify settlement offers that are marked as "Accepted" and were moved to Accepted status on the same day. These identified settlement offers will have their status changed to "Completed". This feature runs twice a day - once in the afternoon (12 pm CST) and once at the end of the day (9 pm CST). This ensures timely and accurate processing of settlements, and reduces the risk of delayed or missed settlement payments due to manual status updates. No settlement offers should be left in "Accepted" status by the end of the day that were moved to Accepted status on the same day.
Restrict "My Exports" to Specific Users
Formerly, anyone with access to view User permission "Users reports" under the Reports tab could view all exports done by all other Users. This granted them access to export reports that would otherwise be restricted based on their user permissions. This new feature allows a company to have users only access reports they have personally exported and not those created by other users, ensuring restricted visibility. This feature is displayed via the "My Exports" tab in the Reports module.
Spanish Version of Forth Pay Documents Now Available
With this new feature, our Forth Pay system dispatches documents and statements in the recipient's chosen language, providing a more personalized experience. It automatically selects the correct document template based on the consumer's language preference, ensuring the communication is appropriately tailored. Documents available for Spanish translation through Forth Pay's Clixsign feature include: Forth Account Closure Request, Forth Account Withdrawal Request, Forth Amended Payment Schedule, Forth Bank Change Request, Forth Next Pay Change, Forth Risk Return Letter, Forth Third-Party Authorization. NOTE: In the absence of a specified preferred language, the system defaults to English when dispatching documents.
Automate Unauthorized Return Emails
This new feature now automates handling unauthorized returns received from the bank. This feature focuses on automating the parsing and emailing of unauthorized return details to DRSPs, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely notifications to each respective DRSP. NOTE: This modification applies to Forth Pay clients only. This update triggers and generates an individualized automated email for each respective DRSP for the unauthorized returns parsed. The email includes information on unauthorized returns specific to the DRSP, such as Return Date, Consumer Name(s) and ID, Return Code with reason, DRSP Account, Transaction details, and whether or not the unauthorized return resulted in a negative balance. The email will also include a listing of transactions that resulted in a negative balance alongside the transaction details. The email includes a link to the Forth Risk Returns form for download by the DRSP if the consumer wishes to reaffirm their debit authorization with Forth Pay. The system also sends a copy of the email to the Forth Pay customer support staff for each email sent to a DRSP.
What's Improved (3)
Customize and Save E-Marketing Templates with Ease
With this improvement, CRM users are no longer redirected to the email template page when saving the template they are working on. Now, you can save the e-marketing template currently being edited (by clicking the "Save Design" button) and stay on the edit template page. No more having to search for a template and navigate from the E-marketing landing page after saving.
Explore Bi-Weekly and Semi-Monthly Enrollment Plans
We updated enrollment plan functionality by changing how enrollment plans can schedule payments when using a frequency of Bi-Weekly and Semi-Monthly plans. Formerly, the CRM doubled the months selected in the program length field for Bi-Weekly and Semi-Monthly plans. This update now allows plans with bi-weekly payments to have 26 payments annually vs semi-monthly having 24 annual payments. They should not be calculated by doubling the months of payments in the program length field.
Update Release Button Logic for Efficiency
This update to the Request Release Button refines the logic governing its functionality. Specifically, the initial gateway hold timer of 24 hours no longer affects the button's accessibility. This improves the button's accessibility and functionality for legitimate use/actions, not to mention ensuring smoother and more efficient processing of hold releases, minimizing delay.
