Email Address for Delivery of Account Exports
This new feature allows adding an email address to be used for the delivery of an account export, in addition to the person running the request. We added a new text field titled “Send To” in the Accounts → Export Data module. This allows the email to be delivered directly to the party requesting it. This improves information security by drastically reducing the number of places the link is shared.
"Transfer" History Log Visibility
With this new feature, "Transfer" history log entries are now visible by DSRPs. This will minimize the need for DSRPs to reach out to Forth to see if the transfer has been received. This feature also includes a new "Transfer" type to the filter menu for history log entries.
Ytel SMS and General SMS System Updates
Several features were developed to improve your Ytel and SMS experience. The first feature updates the existing workflow of Ytel SMS to identify and capture only SMS-enabled numbers when syncing. The second feature allows a CRM user to search SMS phone numbers within the SMS nested tab within the Contacts tab/module, via a new search input field. This search may be conducted by entering partial or full details on the number, including phone number, phone number ID, and phone number name fields. As the user types in the search field, real-time results filtering occurs. Finally, Central Standard Time (CST) has been installed as the default for SMS Campaign scheduling to align with e-marketing campaigns. Tooltips and other hints will now appear to remind users that all times are in CST in the SMS campaign builder.
Automated Webhooks Logged in Contact History
With this new feature, Forth CRM clients may now view all webhooks, including those automatically triggered by data sources in the Contact's History nested tab (i.e., subtab). This can help the user ensure appropriate webhooks are activated and provide a reliable audit mechanism for clients to track and verify webhook triggers.
"Save as New" Data Sources with Mapped Fields
With this new feature, when duplicating a data source, the "Save as New" function now includes all mapped fields in addition to the currently copied data. A new "Clear All" button was added in the "Mapped Fields" section. When clicked, all mapped fields in the section will be deleted.
Standardize Refund Check Address
With this new feature, we have worked to improve client refund check processing accuracy and efficiency. Forth has standardized its client refund check inputs by updating the current text box field to multiple address fields. This change now enables Forth Pay-using DRSPs to update the refund check address independently of the consumer’s address, thus reducing client-side errors and ensuring accurate address details.
Automated Data Source Management for Account Status Changes
With this new feature, when an account is suspended, all posts to data sources linked to that account are automatically halted, and when an account is reactivated, posts to these data sources are resumed, so our communications always align with the current account status (suspended, canceled, or reactivated). This helps maintain data integrity and compliance with data protection standards.
"Account Opened Date" Field on the Ready to Settle Report
This update adds the "Account Opened" date field as a column on the "Ready to Settle" report. This allows settlement negotiators to easily identify accounts with an additional data point.
Settlement Voided Contact History
This update allows Forth CRM users to see comprehensive details when a settlement is voided in the contact history log so they may better understand the context of the settlement, the associated debt, and any actions taken during the voiding process. The system shall display the following additional information when a settlement is voided: Original settlement amount, Creditor name, Account number of the associated debt, Time Stamp, and the User who voided the settlement.
What's Improved (3)
Update Delinking Co-App Function to Remove Co-App Flag
With this update, when a co-applicant is successfully de-linked from a contact, they no longer appear as a co-applicant in the Forth system and now appear as a standard contact. Contacts that were previously co-applicants may be re-linked via the co-app relationship field on an intake form.
Forth Credit Logging / Contact History Events
This improvement to the credit re-pull experience allows Forth Credit customers to see credit pulls in the History section of a Contact record.
Template ID Column for Email Templates
This update allows viewing Template IDs directly in the Email Templates section under the E-Marketing tab. This improves the efficiency of managing and referencing email templates, allowing a viewer to quickly reference and utilize the ID without opening each email template individually.
