What's New (8)
Forth Pay Consumer Language Preferences
The Forth Pay system now dispatches agreements and statements in the recipient's chosen language, providing a more personalized experience. Upon enrollment, it automatically selects the correct document template based on the consumer's language preference, ensuring communication is tailored appropriately.
Gmail Oauth Integration for User Email
We added support for Oauth with Google for email, allowing Google Workspace users to continue using the CRM to email contacts.
One-Click Forth Pay Authorizations
We streamlined the manual submission process for Forth Pay authorization documents. We implemented a one-click solution that automatically transmits and displays the currently signed document in the Signed Contract/Gateway Authorization field.
Package Splitting for Uploaded Documents
We enhanced our CRM-integrated electronic signature platform, Clixsign, to handle “packaged” e-signed documents. We now allow the splitting of these documents within a document package, encoding them, and compiling them into a single payload.
Custom Settlement Offer Status in Loanosity DSL
We updated the Loanosity DSL Integration that allows you to now set debts in an enrollment plan to a custom settlement offer status. This will enable you to specify settlement and performance fee rates for debts to get an accurate balance to submit to Loanosity.
Arrow Email Domain Management
We took a major step towards making our platform more secure by introducing a domain verification process for the Forth CRM. With our new Domain Management and Verification features, you now enjoy enhanced security and control over email communications. For detailed information on how our Email Domain Management system works, please see our Help Center article HERE.
Authorized Access to Loans Tab via Contacts
Clients may now assign or restrict access to the Loans tab within the Contacts module, so that only authorized users can view and interact with loan-related information. A new checkbox labeled "Loan Submissions" under the Contacts section of the Role Permissions page has been added to assign or restrict this access. This will ensure that sensitive financial data is protected and only accessible to relevant personnel. The “Loan Submissions” role permission, and the Loans tab itself are only enabled if the account has a loan integration enabled.
Custom Earned Performance Fee Schedules
Users may now customize how their Earned Performance Fees (EPFs) are scheduled and paid. We introduced “custom settlement fee scheduling” where users can customize the date and amount of payment on those dates. We also updated the "Performance Fee Schedule" section of enrollment plans to include radio button options for "Auto-schedule" and "Custom-schedule." This enables clients to more deeply customize how fees are paid back to them and helps ensure that the full fee is paid back as soon as possible.

Adding Full Payment Schedule to Authorization Forms
We updated the Forth Pay Sponsor’s authorization form to display the client’s payment schedule (Draft Schedule) on the initial debit section, standardizing it like the Account Agreement form. This change helps ensure that the full payment schedule is displayed, thereby eliminating consumer hold issues.
Detailed Forth Credit History Event Language
Forth has updated the language of Forth Credit history events when they are initiated to improve clarity on a user's selection. The History event now logs the correct KBA or Identity Connect language when Forth Credit is initiated via the API endpoint for pulling credit and the method is specified.
