This article describes how to set up and use the Servicing Tab and the Serviced File Report within the Forth CRM.
This article includes the following topics:
Overview
For accounts that submit their leads to another Forth CRM account, we provide helpful tools for monitoring a client’s enrollment, debt statuses, and payments.
Servicing Nested Tab
For tracking information on a specific client, go to the Client’s Dashboard, and click on the contact’s Servicing Nested Tab. NOTE: This nested tab will only appear on the Client Dashboard if the contact had been submitted to your back-end.
In the “Servicing Info” section at the top of the page (item 1 on the image above), the Servicer ID represents the Customer ID of the contact in the Servicer’s Forth CRM account (see purple arrow on the image above). To the right of the Servicer ID, you can see if the contact has been enrolled with the Servicer or not. On the right side, the status shown provides the contact’s status from the Serving Company.
In the Client Drafts section (item 2 in the image above), you can see the Payment Summary, the number of existing NSFs (Non-Sufficient Funds), the date of the client’s next Debit, and the debt amount.
Under Debt/Settlements (item 3 in the image above), the Enrolled Debt amount and the number of enrolled debts are listed. Additionally, you can see any Settled Debt.
The last section of the page provides two tabs for Transactions and Creditors. The Transaction tab (see the upper part of the image below) shows the client’s current payment schedule, including the type of transaction, when it’s scheduled, the amount, and its status.
The Creditor’s tab (see lower part of the image above) contains a table containing the client’s enrolled debts. The data includes the Creditor’s name, the debt amount, Account Number, Any Current Payment, and the status if the debt has been settled.
Serviced Files Report
To look over Service Files, click the Reports tab found at the top right of the page...
...and then select the "Serviced Files" Report.
Remember, you can use the search field to quickly locate your chosen report.
On the Servicing Submissions page, a table showing your submitted leads will appear, pulling data directly from the servicing company.
By default, you will see the following columns of data. The first column will be the Contact’s Name, followed by their State. Next, if applicable, we can see when their next payment is scheduled, followed by the number of payments already made, their available balance, and then their Enrolled Date. Data will only populate if there is a stored value on the Serving Company’s side.
You can use the Filter Row to modify the results of your report based on the displayed columns.
NOTE: The columns displayed on this table will match your users’ current customizable settings of the table located on the Enrollments Tab. In other words, every user in your account can have their own unique view of this table.
Report Customization
By customizing the Enrollments Tab table, your Serviced Files Report table will adjust automatically to match. Since the data on this table is being pulled from your servicing company, please refrain from adding custom field columns, as custom fields are unique to your account and not to the servicer.
If needed, you can export your Report using the “Export to CSV” link in the upper left of the screen.
