What's New (7)
Customizable Signdate Tags
We launched a customizable {SIGNDATE} tag by allowing the use of HTML to improve document presentation, by allowing customers to edit the size, font size, and other details of the tag, when editing a document. such as within tables. The signature date tag only renders after a document has been signed through clixsign so changes should be visible after a document has been signed and completed.
New Monthly Payment Fee in Enrollment Plans
We built a new monthly payment fee type for enrollment plans that ensures a stand-alone ACH credit is always scheduled on a selected monthly payment date, independent of any associated debit transaction. This guarantees that DSRPs can schedule a monthly credit fee for a vendor and ensure it always appears on the correct date. The new fee type, "Monthly Fee," is available in the fee type dropdown menu.
Trigger Event when Docs Upload under "Signed Contract/Gateway Authorization"
We created a new trigger event titled "Gateway Authorization Upload" for when Files are uploaded under the "Signed Contract/Gateway Authorization" section within the client's Docs tab. This automatically notifies the enrollment team whenever a contract has been uploaded, ensuring timely processing and efficient workflow management.
"Publicly Available Files" Banner on Files Tab
We added this update so that the Forth CRM now informs users that files uploaded under the Files Tab are publicly available, so that they do not inadvertently upload private or confidential files. This helps to enhance their overall data security and user awareness. The message is prominently displayed at the top of the Files Tab screen, directly below the tab header.
Prevent Enrolled Contact from Deletion via Mass Delete
We launched this feature to help ensure that contacts currently enrolled in a debt settlement program cannot be deleted using the Mass Edit > Mass Delete feature. This will help maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting by preventing the inadvertent deletion of enrolled contacts. The system blocks the deletion of any enrolled contacts or any graduated contacts during a Mass Delete action.
Trigger Event for Loans Submitted
We built this new trigger event that automatically initiates follow-up processes when a loan is submitted that securely captures client information, loan amount, submission time, and more! This event also supports multiple platforms, such as Supermoney, NCA, Mobilend, and Loanosity DSL, with a dropdown menu list for easy selection.
Record File Size to the Contacts_Files Table
We have provided the ability to track the file size of each document uploaded in the {{contacts_files}} table in snowflake, so that users can better manage data storage, identify unusually sized files, and maintain an efficient file management system.
What's Improved (2)
Add New Phone Numbers as List Filters for Contact Lists
We updated the list filters for contact lists to allow searches on multiple comma-separated phone numbers. To enable this, we modified the Contacts List Builder filters titled "Home Phone," "Cell Phone," and "Work Phone."
CRM Tag Replacements for Client Portal
We enhanced client portal functionality by extending the CRM tag replacement functionality when an email originates from the portal rather than just the CRM. This allows dynamic content to be inserted into emails and other communications based on predefined tags in the CRM, allowing customers to receive personalized communication specific to their profile and interactions with the portal.
