New Filtering Option Contact List Search
With this feature, we added a new filter option labeled "Not Checked" to the filtering options for custom checkbox fields to allow users to identify Contacts where the checkbox is not selected.
Introducing 'Reimbursement' as a New Account Transfer Subtype
With this feature, we added a new transaction subtype, “Reimbursement,” to the Account Transfers transaction type to track reimbursements more accurately.
Trigger Action to Generate Templates or Packages
With this feature, we created separate event triggers for "Document Generated" and "Package Generated" in the CRM system.. The "Event Name" dropdown now includes options for these two new triggers, and the "Setup Actions" dropdown includes options for "Generate a Template" and "Generate a Package".
Automatically Adjust Refunds to Account for Upcoming Custodial Fees
With this feature, Forth custodial fees are now incorporated into refund calculations. For example, if a consumer cancels on the 5th of the month but their custodial fee is scheduled for collection on the 20th, the system will automatically recognize the pending fee and adjust the refund accordingly.
Generated Documents Trigger Event
With this feature, users can trigger automatic workflow actions in the CRM system when a document is created to save time and avoid doing things manually. To accomplish this, we added a "Document Generated" option in the automation setup.
Contact History to Display SMS Opted Out
With this feature, we installed Real-Time SMS Opt-Out Tracking. This captures and displays SMS opt-out actions as a history entry within a Contact’s “History” subtab, such as when a consumer replies with “STOP” to unsubscribe.
Incoming Call Popup and Routing with Extension
With this feature, Forth CRM users with the RingCentral integration can receive direct calls to dedicated phone numbers or through the main company line using an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, routing calls based on caller-entered extensions.
What's Improved (2)
Gateway Options for Credits Moved to the Advance Level
With this feature, we have moved the option for choosing a gateway for credits to be at the Advance level, just like choosing a debit gateway. In addition, clients may now choose an account set if there are multiple ACH Works accounts.
Forth Credit Accepting SW E164-formatted Phone Numbers
This feature updated the Forth Credit integration to pass SW E164-formatted phone numbers.
