How to Set Up Favorites and My Start Page

This article describes how to configure the My Start page and your Favorite sites within the FORTH CRM. It was developed for standard FORTH CRM users who want to set a custom default landing page and manage quick-access page shortcuts.

Overview

Setting up a custom start page and favorites list reduces navigation time across the FORTH CRM. Designating a start page opens your primary workspace immediately upon logging in. Adding Favorite pages creates a personalized menu for quick access to your most-used pages in the CRM.

Prerequisites

Standard user access to the FORTH CRM.

How to Access

1. Log in to the FORTH CRM.
2. Locate the star-shaped Favorites icon in the upper right-hand corner of any page.

How it Works

Setting the My Start Page

1. In the FORTH CRM, navigate to the page you want to set as your start page.
2. Hover over the Favorites icon at the top right of the page.
   
3. Select the Set current page as start page checkbox.

Changing Your Start Page

1. Navigate to the new page you want as your start page.
2. Hover over the Favorites star icon.
3. Select the Set current page as start page checkbox.

Adding a Page to Favorites

1. Navigate to the page you want to save.
2. Click the star-shaped Favorites icon in the upper right-hand corner.
   
3. Click the star icon next to Add current page to Favorites.

Navigating to a Favorite Page

1. Click the star-shaped Favorites icon in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Select the desired page from the list.
3. Click the Checkmark (white checkmark on a green background) icon to open the page.

Deleting a Favorite Page

1. Click the star-shaped Favorites icon in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Select the page you want to remove.
3. Click the Delete Selected Page From Favorites icon once the page loads.

Troubleshooting / FAQ

Why did my start page change unexpectedly?

Selecting Set current page as start page on a new page immediately replaces your previous start page assignment without a secondary prompt.

Why is the Favorites menu missing?

Verify that you are logged into the FORTH CRM. The star-shaped Favorites icon is located in the top right-hand corner of standard CRM pages.
