This article describes the various Tags available for your use within the Forth system. Tags (AKA: Replaceables, Merge Fields, etc.) are used to automatically populate information from the CRM into Email and Doc Templates.
NOTE: We extended the CRM tag replacement functionality to when an email originates from the portal, not just the CRM. This allows dynamic content to be placed in emails and other communication based on predefined tags in the CRM. By extending this to the client portal, customers can receive personalized communication specific to their profile and interactions with the portal.
