Settlement Tab - General Settings

This article explains how to modify general settings related to the Settlements tab. 

1. Once logged in to the FORTH CRM, go to the Settlements Tab and click on Settings.

2. From the left panel, select General Settings.
3. Using the radio buttons for "Show Balance Forecast Chart" (item #1 below), you can determine whether or not the "Balance Forecast Chart" will be visible by default.

4. Using the radio buttons for item #2 below, you can determine whether or not the "Offer Valid Date" field in the Settlement offer is mandatory.

5. Using the radio buttons for item #3 below, you can determine whether or not to allow accepting offers with payments in the past.

6. Using the radio buttons for item #4 below, you can determine the particular statuses that can be selected when saving negative balance settlements.

7. Using the radio buttons for Item #5 in the image above, you can determine whether to apply the settlement amount rea=mainder to a final payment.

8. In the Negative Balance Settlement Status Control" field (Item #4), a dropdown menu of options appears for you to add additional statuses (see example below).

8. Click the Save Settings button at the top right portion of the page when you are finished.
