2024-01 Release Notes
This month’s Release Notes are focused on the great work performed by our Forth Development and Quality Assurance Teams to enhance your user journey. Get ready to elevate your CRM Experience with Forth!
What's New (9)
-
Auto Payment Advance Start Date Picker: For Centrex Business Finance accounts, this new feature adds a calendar input next to the ACH on/off toggle, allowing users to set a “Start Date” for the ACH/CC payments. If the input is left empty, the behavior will stay as it currently exists, if a date is entered into the textbox, the system that creates daily payments will check if the current date is greater than or equal to the selector date. If yes, proceed with the creation of a payment.
-
Mass Debt Uploader for CRM Users: This new feature provides super admins with the ability to mass import debits via formatted CSV into the CRM via the existing ACH debit uploader modal, available to Centrex Business Finance accounts. We created a new role permission under the “Advances” section called “Import ACH Debits”, and tied the “Import ACH Debits” button in the Advances tab menu to the new permission. If the user has this permission and clicks the “Import ACH Debits” button, the ACH Debit importer tool appears.
-
Adjust Settlement Payments to Direct Pay for Other Gateways: This new feature provides users the capability to input detailed payee information directly within the "Edit Payment" window for settlement payment transactions when the payment method is switched to DirectPay. When DirectPay is selected as the payment method within the Edit Payment Window, the system now displays the appropriate required fields for detailed creditor information associated with the CFT Gateway, GCS Gateway as well as the Forth Custodial Gateway.
-
Update Debt Types via the Credit Report Parsing Tool: This new feature creates a read-only API endpoint that enables them to retrieve a list of all debt types. This allows users to accurately reference debt types by ID within the credit parsing tool, ensuring data consistency and facilitating easier updates to debt information. This provides a reliable and efficient means of accessing debt type information and simplifies the update process within the credit parsing tool by streamlining the process of updating debt types using debt type IDs.
-
Allow CX_SUMMONS Tag to Pass via Webhook: With this new feature, we enabled a CX_SUMMONS tag (the summons tag for creditors) to be usable on webhooks and data sources. We added the {CX_SUMMONS} tag as a field (named "credx_summons") that can be passed via webhook from one FORTH system to another or outside the CRM. This both enables broader capability with the webhooks functionality; and allows customers to increase the number of debt fields they pass via webhooks. The Yes or No passed in this fashion will update or add the debt with the summons and judgment field selected based on the value passed. This would mark the debt as a legal debt as a result of the value passed. On the webhooks page, an example mapping would be cred1_summons={C1_SUMMONS}.
-
Add Clixsign as an Available Email Template Category: With this new feature, we have enabled the selection of "Clixsign" as an available email template category. This update allows users to easily select the appropriate email template for "Clixsign" requests by creating a dedicated "Clixsign" category in the template selection dropdown menu. This streamlines the email template selection process for "Clixsign" requests and creates a logical and easily accessible category for "Clixsign" email templates.
-
Bluerock Call Logs Posted to Main Applicant Only: This new feature for clients using Bluerock phone systems and Forth CRM, allows for incoming call logs to be uniformly assigned to the primary applicant's Contact record when a phone number is shared between a primary applicant and co-applicant. It modifies existing system logic to ensure that when a shared phone number provided by Bluerock is identified for both a primary applicant and a co-applicant, the call log is systematically posted to the primary applicant's Contact ID. For two primary applicants sharing a phone number and/or for two co-applicants sharing a phone number, pre-existing logic will be applied.
-
Update Veritas API with the Client ID Field: With this update to the Veritas Integration API, a field was added a field in their software to allow for their affiliates' client IDs to populate, to improve reporting. This update establishes a data mapping from the CONTACTS.CUSTOMERID to the “customerId” field within the Veritas API, and then transmits the Customer ID data element in the “customerId” field as part of the standard Veritas API payload. This feature will augment Veritas' internal reporting capabilities by integrating client data from affiliates.
- Tag for "Mailer Campaign Source": With this new feature, clients can now incorporate Campaign Source data into their consumer communications through the use of the newly created {CAMPAIGN_SOURCE} tag. This new tag will fetch the CAMPAIGN_SOURCES.TITLE data associated with the Contact's CONTACTS.CAMPAIGN_ID. Previous to this, there was no mechanism to embed this data into CRM-derived email, document templates, etc. using Tags. The new tag can be embedded and used by Email templates, Document templates, Triggers, and Webhooks. The use of this feature assumes that the contact is associated with a Campaign and that the Campaign has an associated Campaign Source.
What's Improved (2)
-
Standardize Gateway Pause Behavior: This new feature introduces an update for our clients who use multiple gateways. This update standardizes how contacts that are paused behave in the Forth CRM, regardless of the gateway, ensuring a seamless experience. In optimizing the pause process for clients using multiple gateways, we refined how we handle API calls, transaction halts, manual payment cancellations, and skipped transactions, all with a focus on providing a smooth and consistent experience. Additionally, our update ensures that settlement payments are processed only when sufficient funds are available in your Escrow account. This smart feature prevents payments from being processed when there are insufficient funds. Finally, all actions related to the pause process are now meticulously logged in your client dashboard history and the system activity log. This means you can easily track and communicate any actions initiated during the pause. The enrollment label has also been improved to now provide a clear indication of the action taken, facilitating easy identification and understanding of the pause-related activities. This update does not affect existing transactions that are currently being processed.
-
Improved String Search Filtered Capability: With this update, we are introducing enhanced filtering capabilities that allow you to apply multiple filters of the same field and adopt OR logic when needed. We have updated the list builder functionality to allow multiple of the same filters to be saved and when saved inherit OR type conditions. This logic works for all field types (multiple choice, multiple select, text, etc.). In addition, multiples of the same field filters can be for a contact list.
2024-02 Release Notes
This month’s Release Notes email showcases a few highlights from the exceptional efforts of our Forth Development and Quality Assurance Teams. These featured enhancements are designed to uplift your experience significantly. Get ready to elevate your journey with Forth!
What's New (8)
-
Safeguard API Keys from Suspended or Deleted Users: This new feature denys API key issuance, or any API Requests, of a suspended or deleted user. It ensures that API keys are not generated for these past users using their client_secret and client_id credentials, and blocks API access attempts using keys associated with suspended or deleted user accounts at all Forth CRM API endpoints. This policy update affects all authorization requests to the Forth CRM API. When API Key generation is prevented by user status, an error code of "401" and an error message (Unauthorized access. Invalid credentials or user suspended or deleted) appears.
-
API Permission Setting for Updating Advance Submission Status: This feature adds an API Permission Settings for Updating Advance Submission Status. This adds a setting to control acess by providing a checkbox for the "Update Submission Status (PUT)" endpoint, titled "Update Advance Submission Status".
-
Manually Assign Task Groups Using New Trigger System: This new feature allows a user to create a group of tasks from the 'Assign Task' trigger within the automation interface so that one can efficiently manage and assign multiple tasks at the same time, enhancing productivity and ensuring consistency in task management. When 'Assign Task' is selected, a new "Assign Task Group" drop-down appears under "Setup Action(s)". This new dropdown menu is automatically populated with the list of tasks from Calendar > Tasks > Task Items. Users may select multiple tasks using checkboxes from the "Assign Task Group" dropdown menu and set attributes such as "Assigned To" and "Due Date (days)" for each task. This enables the creation of task groups from predefined tasks in Calendar > Tasks > Task Items and improves workflow automation by allowing batch task creation and assignment.
-
SERIS SSN Duplicate and Blacklist Check: Exclusively available to consumers and DRSPs enrolling with Forth Pay, the Submission and Enrollment Record Interception System (SERIS), works in real time to enhance record quality and ensure accurate data relationships during enrollment. SERIS identifies and blocks multiple enrollment attempts associated with the same Social Security Numbers within each CRM account, ensuring the integrity of our enrollment process. In addition, our proprietary technology checks incoming consumer enrollment data (i.e., a Blacklist check) to make sure they are neither included on our internal blocked SSN list nor duplicated.
-
Block ACH Debits of $20K or More: With this new feature, Forth can now prevent the scheduling and processing of consumer ACH debits of $20,000 or more through enrollment or one-time payment, to allow control over transaction amounts and compliance with our operational guidelines. This prevents large ACH debit transactions from being scheduled on the CRM and will uphold CRM financial constraints by displaying an error message whenever a user attempts to initiate a debit transaction of $20,000 or more. The error message should read "Error: This amount exceeds the Forth Pay limit of $20,000.00 per debit. Adjust the amount or have the consumer schedule a bank wire or ACH Credit to deposit funds with Forth Pay". NOTE: This modification applies to users processing with the Forth Pay CRM.
-
Simplifying Updating Enrollment Plans within Clients: This new feature provides an update to our system that simplifies your workload and creates efficiency! Formerly, to obtain the correct calculations of an enrollment plan, the plans needed to be deleted and resaved if an update needed to be made. Now, from within the Enrollment Plan, you can make the changes you need, click “Save Enrollment Plan” in the Navigation Bar, and that is it - nice and easy!
- Document Generation System: This new feature includes several large updates to the Document Generation system within the Forth system.
-
Redesigned Document and Clixsign Generation Experience: Say goodbye to the days of cumbersome navigating through multiple screens. With just a few clicks on one page, you can now effortlessly generate documents, assign signers and delivery settings, and send your documents for signature via Clixsign, saving you valuable time and energy that would be better spent on growing your business!
-
Unlock the Power of Multiple Signers: In the past, document packages were limited when sending PDF-based files for signature. Additionally, HTML-based documents only supported two (2) signers, making it challenging to combine HTML and PDF files within a single package intended for multiple signers. To address this, we expanded support for up to nine (9) signers, allowing HTML-based and PDF-based documents to use additional signers, going beyond just the applicant and co-applicant!
-
Updated Clixsign Settings Page: We redesigned the Clixsign Settings Page to simplify administration for all companies within your account using Clixsign while refining the user experience. Furthermore, the "Company Access" section (accessed by clicking “Company Access” on the left-hand side menu) has been optimized to provide better control and give you the ability to enable Clixsign functionality for specific companies within your account.
-
Enhanced Settlement Scheduler: We added the ability to generate settlement and debt-specific documents, and then send Clixsign documents through the settlement offers page. This is accomplished by having Clixsign/document generation as part of the settlement scheduler user interface, and by pre-populating creditor-specific fields based on the settlement offer/debt that a user is looking at that moment. This was developed to help facilitate better communication/interaction with creditors, prevent needless navigation, and further expand our settlement scheduler's capabilities.
- Using Doc Gen with Advances: We added the ability for CTX users to use the new Doc Gen modal when on an individual Advance, instead of using the old Doc Gen process. This model will now be accessible while working on an individual advance. When generating a document on the advances tab for a given advance the new document generation modal will launch in place of the old document generation process. Using the document generation modal on this page will still allow advance-specific tags to be chosen by selecting the advance before generation. The advance the user is editing should be pre-selected in the advance dropdown option for generating advance-specific document templates.
- Poverty Guidelines for 2024: With this update, we updated the Poverty Guidelines of 2024 within the Forth system. These guidelines can be found here: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2024/01/17/2024-00796/annual-update-of-the-hhs-poverty-guidelines.
What's Improved (5)
-
Payment Field in Loanosity Integration: This feature updates the "Payment" field within the Loanosity Integration to allow Loanosity to obtain improved visibility of the most recent cleared payment for the consumer. This will enhance understanding and management of the payment streams. Specifically, it modifies the existing functionality of the Loanosity API to transmit the consumer's most recent cleared payment. The 'payment' field within the 'settlement' object of the Pre-Approval Application message and Final Approval Application message will now contain the dollar amount of the consumer's latest cleared debit transaction.
-
MAVIS Approval to Include Affiliate Account Signings: The MAVIS (Machine Assisted Verification & Identification System) approval process will now autonomously approve Forth Pay authorization documents signed within an affiliate account. Affiliates play a crucial role in managing the initial stages of some consumer enrollments before submitting comprehensive consumer files to DRSPs. Formerly, affiliate accounts had contacts sign a Forth Pay Authorization within their own CRM, then post that contact along with the signed Authorization to the servicing company, who then uploaded the Authorization and enrolled the file. Upon enrollment, Mavis was declining the application for "Incorrect Contact" and the authorization then needed to be reviewed manually. Now, MAVIS can approve the application signed in the affiliate account and release the hold without needing a manual review. This streamlines operations and minimizes document rejections due to data mismatch, ensuring a smoother enrollment process for affiliates and DRSPs.
-
Factor ACH Client Debts into Your Monthly Draft Calculations: This feature lets you factor in existing ACH Client Debits when editing enrollment plans. This means monthly drafts will be even more accurate, seamlessly reflecting your client's contributions. This feature lets you toggle the factoring in existing debit contributions on an individual contact level. Plus, for added transparency, you can now see the Payment Count, providing a comprehensive overview of the total number of payments when the "Factor existing debit contribution" feature is activated. Once the setting has been made, go to the "Program Snapshot" section under Payment Schedule where you will find a user-friendly checkbox to enable or disable the option. The field automatically populates with the total sum of cleared ACH client debits in currency format and the total number of client debit payments made towards the plan. When enabled, the system updates the payment schedule in real time, recalculating the monthly draft amount to ensure the total contribution, including existing debits, equals the specified total. NOTE: This feature is set to the “off” position by default.
-
Beyond Webhook Integration: This feature modified the Forth CRM to accommodate the updated Beyond Finance API and updated its Webhook integration in the Forth CRM application to map "Customer Id" to the "affiliate_lead_id" field. This update was necessary to align with Beyond's API changes and ensure accurate data validation and error handling when triggering Beyond Webhooks.
-
Monevo Loan API Mapping Updates: With this update, the Forth system may now take of advantage of changes that Monevo is making to some elements of their field names on the API. These changes are needed to maintain the pre-population of fields from the CRM. The goal is to maintain consistency with the Monevo API to support a seamless experience for the end user. Field values are not changing as part of this update only the field names.

This month's Release Notes email highlights changes focused on making your sales and servicing operations more streamlined and cost-efficient. Get ready to elevate your journey with Forth!
What's New (9)
-
New Role Permission for Viewing ACH Credits: This feature updates permission settings ("View ACH Credits") to allow the viewing of ACH credit fees in the enrollment schedule plan within the CRM application, independent of the Accounting Tab access, so that I can efficiently support customers with accurate payment schedule information while maintaining restricted access to sensitive accounting data. The goal is to provide customer service representatives with the necessary data to support customer inquiries effectively; yet maintain data security by restricting access to sensitive accounting information. This feature is housed within the enrollments section of the permissions page. This permission should be enabled by default for all roles with access to the "Accounting" Tab in permissions. NOTE: This feature is gateway agnostic and only reflects what transaction types a user can see regardless of the gateway the consumer is enrolled in.
-
New Tag to Transmit Signed Contract/Gateway Authorization via Webhook: This new feature allows clients to transfer documents via Webhook uploaded in the "Signed Contract / Gateway Authorization" section on the Contact dashboard to the "Signed Contract / Gateway Authorization" section of a specified internal Forth account. We developed a new Webhook field method to enable copying documents from the "Signed Contract / Gateway Authorization" section to the same section of a designated Forth account, as specified by the {ACCTID}-{ID} value pair using the POST HTTP method.
-
Company Hierarchy for Servicing Submission Report: This new and easy-to-use feature allows affiliate users to view Servicing Submission reports that only include clients associated with their direct company and any sub-companies beneath it in their company hierarchy, ensuring that they access only the relevant and permissible data. With this feature, we implemented a "Filter By Company" dropdown menu on the servicing report interface. This dropdown will dynamically populate with options reflecting the organizational hierarchy, including an "All" companies option for parent company users, individual companies, and their respective sub-companies. The dropdown menu and the filtering functionalities adapt in real time to any changes in the organizational hierarchy.
-
New Trigger Condition for Contact Form Name: This new feature provides a dropdown sequence for the "Intake Form" selection. When users select "Contact Created (Form)" or "Contact Updated (Form)" under "Event Name", they can further specify the condition under which this trigger should activate. Now you can select "Contact" and then "Intake Form" from a subsequent dropdown, with the option to set the condition to "equals", “Does Not Equals” etc. Afterward, another dropdown menu appears, listing all available intake forms related to the user's account. This will ensure that these triggers are only activated by submissions from specific intake forms.
-
Delete Enrollment Plan Permission: This new feature allows the ability to assign specific users permission to delete enrollment plans while preserving the integrity of compensation templates during plan modifications. We created a specific role permission for the deletion of enrollment plans, maintain compensation templates when enrollment plans are modified or deleted; and now provide a clear audit trail of enrollment plan deletions. The Enrollments tab now displays a new permission checkbox labeled "Delete Enrollment Plan". Only users with this permission can remove enrollment plans on the contact record without the compensation template reverting to its default settings. Every deletion of an enrollment plan is logged in the system audit trail, capturing the date, time, user, and description of the activity.
-
Client Balance Forecaster: With this new feature, the Forth system now includes several improved functionalities with our enhanced Forecaster feature! Key Enhancements include: Enhanced Payment Schedule Editing: Simplifies the management of payment dates and amounts through interactive views and drag-and-drop functionality; Debt Settlement Scenarios Creation: Offers simulations for potential settlement payments over time; User Interface Updates: Our Enrollments Details page now features an updated "Forecast" tab with clear visual indicators, including interactive payment schedules and warnings for negative balances. The benefits of this feature include clear warnings for potential negative balances when altering payment dates ; a more streamlined payment management process allowing for bulk updates and balance forecasting ; and support for managing multiple debt settlements with ease, reducing manual calculation efforts.
-
Send Clixsign Docs/Packages Via Trigger Through SMS: With this feature, we have created the capability to send Clixsign documents and document packages via triggers to support sending and receiving. We have updated the actions to contain options for “Generate and Send Package to Clixsign via SMS” and “Generate and Send Document to Clixsign via SMS”. One of the new triggers will generate and send a document package via SMS. The second new trigger will generate and send an individual document via SMS. The user must have the option to select the To number where a number from the contact is specified and the “From Number” where numbers for the account are listed to be used. Users of this feature may specify primary and secondary signers, in addition to the message (SMS template) that gets sent. Benefits include introducing the ability to send Clixsign documents/packages via SMS, providing a more direct method for delivery, and streamlining the process of sending contracts. NOTE: Using this depends on clients having a valid SMS integration (Twilio/Ytel).
- Forth Credit 1.1: This feature includes several large updates to Forth Credit (powered by Spinwheel).
-
Pull Debts upon Receipt of “Completed” Status Webhook: We created a webhook to use Forth Credit's notifications to capture when liability/debt data and the PDF are available via API. When notification is complete, the system initiates a GET user event for liabilities, and PDF data, upon receipt of the "Completed" status.
-
Allow Sending Co-App Credit Request: Adds co-applicant credit pull support from the main applicant’s contact dashboard. Now, users can complete a co-applicant credit pull after a main applicant credit pull.
-
Company Access Controls for Forth Credit: Enables users to modify company access and other settings in the account related to Forth Credit. We added a page for Forth Credit to "Integration Settings".
-
Add Credit Score and Monthly Payment Information: Displays credit score and monthly payment information from Forth Credit onto the top right of the “Debts” subtab.
-
Credit Utilization Field: Displays credit utilization rates, allowing users to track credit utilization within the CRM.
-
Update Identity Connect and Debt Connect Flows: Allows easier consumer verification to perform credit pulls via buttons titled “FORTH Credit Identity Verification” and "FORTH Credit KBA Verification".
-
Pull Forth Credit via API: Adds the ability to initiate the FORTH Credit request via API.
-
Add Credit Repull Capabilities: Allows credit re-pulls via Forth Credit by using the DELETE function. Now, debts are updated according to creditor account number or debt account number.
-
Copy Co-Applicant Debt Data to Main Applicant: Allows users to enable a setting that copies debts and the PDF document pulled in Forth Credit for a co-applicant to be copied to a main applicant.
-
Mapping to Debt Custom Fields: This enables the credit parsing tool to support mapping to custom debt fields in the CRM to a data point returned on a credit report.
-
Update Tags: We upgraded the {CREDIT_SCOREFACTORS} and {CREDIT_UTILIZATION} tags to work with the Forth Credit integration.
- Greater than Balance Refund Protection: With this update, we now protect you from the risk of refunds causing overdrawn accounts. The system now prevents the transaction from being created until the refund amount matches or is lower than the consumer’s available balance after all applicable fees are considered. Clients can now easily see the available refund amount for consumers. If a client refund is chosen from the “Type” dropdown menu, a link titled “Dropping client click here” for the Forth Pay client will become available on the Add/Edit Payment Pop-Up page. The available amount is now listed next to the “Amount” field. Clicking “Dropping client click here” will launch a process by which you can easily cancel the client refund. NOTE: “Client Refund” has been removed from the Type dropdown menu for consumers without a balance or a negative balance. Finally, the scheduling of paper check refunds has been simplified. Now, if a user requests a client refund and the type is “check”, the disbursement fee is automatically assigned as $10.00. If the type is “check overnight” or “Check 2nd day”, the disbursement fee is automatically assigned as $25.00.
What's Improved (4)
-
Allow Zero Balance Creditors with MeridianLink and Xactus360: This update improved our MeridianLink and Xactus360 integrations to further empower our clients. We enhanced these integrations' settings, giving you the option to choose whether to include zero-balance debts in your consumer's credit report. Activating these settings is simple and seamlessly incorporates any existing zero-balance debts into the consumer's credit report. NOTE: To leverage this feature, configure your credit parsing tool to allow zero-balance debts.
-
New Creditor and Contact Address Fields in Ready to Settle Report: With this feature, users now have the "Ready to Settle" report including full address details of contact to comply with transaction data requirements. The customization interface for the "Ready to Settle" report now includes four new input fields labeled as "Street Address," "City," "State," and "Zip Code". When customizing the report view, the new fields should be visible and selectable in the 'Available Fields' section.
-
New Forth Pay Gateway Hold Reasons: This update enhances the categorization of consumer accounts for Forth Pay customers so that we can effectively manage and communicate various account statuses. These new hold reasons will be displayed on the hold reasons dropdown tab: Graduated by DRSP, Abandoned Funds, and Escheatment. These additional hold reasons are now logged on the History subtab of the contact.
-
Transfer Date Freeze on Account to Client Transfers: This update to the Account to Client Transfer function prevents the selection of a "Transfer Date" when scheduling a transfer. The Transfer Data is now viewable, but not editable. Users may now only select a "Recoup Date".

This month's Release Notes email highlights changes focused on making your sales and servicing operations more streamlined and cost-efficient. Get ready to elevate your journey with Forth!
What's New (11)
-
Filter Contacts by Number of Calls: This feature allows our clients to apply the “# Calls” filter directly within the CRM's List Builder module to facilitate the creation of targeted campaigns. Clients can now enable the “# Calls” field as a selectable filter in the dropdown menu under 'Available Fields'. This filter option can be specified using the conditions ‘More Than,’ ‘Less Than,’ ‘Equal To,’ and ‘Between’.
-
Add Shared Enrollment Plans to Trigger Conditions: Previously, affiliate accounts could select multiple backend shared enrollment plans. With this feature, we added shared enrollment plans to the enrollment plan trigger conditions that now allow an account to define the conditions and ensure when a contact is submitted, it goes to a specific backend with the correct shared enrollment plan saved on file. This reduces user errors and improves process efficiency.
-
Automate California Refund Statements: As ForthPay continues to grow through new client enrollments, the number of cancellations in California has grown exponentially. To address this, we have further automated the sending of the CA AB 1405 required refund summary statement. Forth Pay sends a specific "refund statement" to any consumer canceling in California per the AB1405. We added additional automation to this process by automatically creating the summary statement after the refund has a successful cleared date.
-
Introduce Current Payments Field in the Contact List Builder: This new feature created a "Total Current Payments" field within the Contact List Builder “Available Fields to Display” menu. This new field replicates the data seen under Contacts > Debts > Edit Debts for the associated Contact by displaying the aggregate total current payments for enrolled debts. It provides the functionality to utilize the "Total Current Payments" field as a filter criterion.
-
Instantly Connect with Contacts from the Search Bar: With this new feature, when you enter the exact contact ID or customer ID in the search bar on the Contacts tab and press the enter key, the system navigates directly to that contact's details page without showing a list of search results. This direct navigation streamlines the process and enhances the user experience. This feature is available on the contact list page and the contact dashboard page.
-
Have the Credit Score Tag for Co-Applicants: This new feature allows affiliates to transmit a co-applicant credit score via Webhook. This was accomplished by creating a new Tag, {COCREDITSCORE} to populate the co-applicant credit score. This will now enable the sending of a co-applicant credit score between two internal Forth accounts. This tag is accessible through email templates, document templates, and triggers.
-
Identify Use Patterns of Clixsign Requests: This allows the monitoring of consumers' usage patterns regarding their preference for receiving Clixsign documents, specifically whether they are being sent and signed via email or SMS. These analytics are available for review within the Clixsign Reporting module. To enable this, we modified the Clixsign URL to specify the communication channel (Email or SMS).
-
Seamless Transition Settlements from "Accepted" to "Completed": This update automatically transitions settlement offers from "Accepted" to "Completed" status. The system will identify settlement offers that are marked as "Accepted" and were moved to Accepted status on the same day. These identified settlement offers will have their status changed to "Completed". This feature runs twice a day.
-
Restrict "My Exports" to Specific Users: Formerly, anyone with access to view User permission "Users reports" under the Reports tab could view all exports done by all other Users. This new feature allows a company to have users only access reports they have personally exported and not those created by other users, ensuring restricted visibility. This feature is displayed via the "My Exports" tab in the Reports module.
-
Spanish Version of Forth Pay Documents Now Available: With this feature, the Forth Pay system dispatches documents and statements in the recipient's chosen language. It automatically selects the correct document template based on the consumer's language preference. Documents available for Spanish translation through Forth Pay's Clixsign feature include: Forth Account Closure Request, Forth Bank Change Request, and Forth Amended Payment Schedule, among others.
- Automate Unauthorized Return Emails: This feature now automates handling unauthorized returns received from the bank. This feature focuses on automating the parsing and emailing of unauthorized return details to DRSPs. NOTE: This modification applies to Forth Pay clients only. The email includes information on unauthorized returns specific to the DRSP, such as Return Date and Consumer ID.
What's Improved (3)
-
Customize and Save E-Marketing Templates with Ease: With this improvement, CRM users are no longer redirected to the email template page when saving the template they are working on. Now, you can save the e-marketing template currently being edited and stay on the edit template page.
-
Explore Bi-Weekly and Semi-Monthly Enrollment Plans: We updated enrollment plan functionality by changing how enrollment plans can schedule payments when using a frequency of Bi-Weekly and Semi-Monthly plans. Formerly, the CRM doubled the months selected in the program length field. This update now allows plans with bi-weekly payments to have 26 payments annually vs semi-monthly having 24 annual payments.
- Update Release Button Logic for Efficiency: This update to the Request Release Button refines the logic governing its functionality. Specifically, the initial gateway hold timer of 24 hours no longer affects the button's accessibility. This improves accessibility and ensures smoother processing of hold releases.
API Enhancements (5)
- Log SMS via API
- Create Creditors via API
- Update to Get Bank Account Details to Identify Paying Clients via API
- Get Non-Forth Pay Contact Balance via API

What's New (12)
-
Cancel Page Refund Reason and Update to Show Fees and Final Refund Amount: This new feature updates the Cancel Page and Graduate function for Forth Pay consumers. Now, the Cancellation Reason appears, and depending on the subtype picked, the disbursement fee and refund amount are updated accordingly. An error will be displayed when the DRSP saves and the amount is more than the refund amount.
-
Automatically Generated Check Numbers: This feature installed an automated system for generating unique check numbers for Check-by-Phone / Remotely Created Checks (RCC) payments. It is now required that all DRSPs utilize the new step. When settlement offers reach the "completed" and "accepted" status with the transaction type "Check by Phone," the system auto-generates a 10-digit unique ID for each transaction.
-
Update Edit Enrollment Plan w/Dynamic Debt Values and Update Debt Type Page: This feature enhanced our Enrollment Plan functionality by now being able to define Performance Fees and Settlement rates for System and Custom Debt Types. Second, the new "Custom" option in the "Fee Type" dropdown menu allows you to inherit fee percentages directly from the Debt Type settings for each debt.
-
Inherit Fee/Settlement Percentages from Debt Type on Settlement Negotiator UI: This feature allows a settlement fee to be prepopulated utilizing the debt type associated with the debt enrolled in the program.
-
Edit Descriptions for Existing API Keys: This feature introduces a Description-editing functionality for API Key records. This occurs via the "Description" field within the API Credentials Management page.
-
Compensation Template Defaults: This feature added a notification pop-up to warn users when they switch to a plan where the previously saved comp template is unavailable. This feature will prevent users from modifying the comp template unintentionally.
-
Alert users in Settlements Module Schedule Builder when settlement payments are pushed past 30 days: This new feature to Forth Pay enhances the Settlement Scheduler. We added the capability for the system to identify and alert the DSRP when a adjusted transaction date would extend beyond a 30-day payment interval. Upon receiving the alert, the DSRP must adjust the payment schedule.
-
Duplicate Existing Trigger: This feature allows users to duplicate and save an existing trigger. This was enabled by creating a new "Save As New" button.
-
Trigger ID in User Interface: This feature creates a new column on the Triggers page to display the Trigger ID number. It includes the following fields: ID, Title, Event Name, Status, and Last Run.
-
Add "Debt Type" Column to the Not Enrolled Debts Table: This new feature allows users to view the types of debts listed in the Not Enrolled Debts table via a new "Debt Type" column.
-
Pull Full SSN from SW API Response: With this new feature, we now capture the SSN from the Spinwheel response and store it in the SSN field for that consumer within FORTH. This provides a convenient way to securely capture the SSN without asking the consumer.
- Microsoft Entra/Azure Active Directory Single Sign-On Integration: With this new feature, Microsoft Azure Entra / AD is now included with our Single Sign-On (SSO) system.
