This article was developed to describe the Settings page used for the Clixsign feature in the CRM.
Clixsign is Forth's proprietary electronic document signing platform. To enable this platform and gain access to the Clixsign settings page, please contact Support@setforth.com.
- From the Admin tab, click Settings.
- Click ClixSign. The page shown below will then open.
- In the default General Settings section (see image above), do the following:
- Choose one of the following for the Signature Type:
- Draw & Type: This allows the signer to use their mouse or smart pen to draw a signature or type their name and allow the system to generate a signature.
- Draw Only: This forces the signer to draw their signature using their mouse or smart pen.
- Type Only: This forces the signer to sign using the system-generated signature.
- To display your company logo, click the Display Company Logo toggle switch to the "on" position.

IMPORTANT
Updates to ClixSign Settings will NOT retroactively apply to ClixSign documents that have already been sent.

- In the "Communications" section (2nd item on the list), follow these steps.
- Choose one of the following for the Signature Type:
- In the New Signature Request subsection, click the "Edit" button next to the existing template (see red arrow above) and make any updates to the Subject Line and/or the Message field (see below):
- Subject: Input a default subject that will be sent with all ClixSign requests. (This can be edited during document generation).

Message: Input a default message that will be sent with all ClixSign requests. (This can be edited during document generation). Click the "Save Changes" button when complete.
- Scroll down, and click the edit button in the "Signature request completed or document finalized" subsection (see image below).
Complete the Subject Line and Message text as indicated:
- Subject: Input a default subject that will be sent with all ClixSign requests that have completed the signing process.

Message: Input a default message that will be sent with all ClixSign requests that have completed the signing process. When you are finished, click the "Save Changes" button.
- Scroll down to the SMS Communications subsection. Here you can assign a default SMS Template to be used when sending documents for signature via SMS. Make your selection from the "Select Template" dropdown menu.
- In the "Company Access" section (see image below), each company in your CRM will be listed here. You may enable any company listed to have Clixsign access by changing the toggle switches to the "on" position for that company (see the example shown below highlighted by a red arrow).
- When finished, click the Save Settings button.
