| FHC-XX | Quick Quote | May 11, 2026 | 1.0 |
This article was developed to provide information about the FORTH CRM's Quick Quote feature. It is organized into the following sections:
Overview
The Quick Quote tool provides a quick program estimate for prospective clients. The QQuote Client is an alternative view of Forth CRM’s Quick Quote feature.
Prerequisites
- Create a Test Contact in the FORTH CRM and note the unique ID of this contact.
- Ensure all eligible enrollment plans are available to the test contact
How to Access
- Log in to the FORTH CRM, navigate to the Admin Tab, and select Settings from the Navigation Bar.
- On the General Settings page, locate Use QQuote Client, and check the checkbox, followed by providing the unique ID of the test contact.
- Select Save Settings in the navigation bar
- Next, click the Contacts tab and select the Contact for which you intend a quote to be generated.
- Click Quick Quote from the navigation bar (see the image below highlighted in red).
How to Use
After clicking Quick Quote, you are presented with a simulation of the Enrollment Plan page, as if you were setting up pricing for an established contact.
Simply enter in the estimated debt amount in the Use Enrollment Debt field (see image below highlighted in red), select a plan, and the CRM will populate with an estimated quote based on that information.
REMINDER: This is of course just an estimate based on the estimated debt load. If the contact is interested in proceeding, or if a more detailed quote is needed, the contact will need to be added into the FORTH CRM, and their specific details collected first!
Additional QQuote Contact Setup
In addition to the Contact tab's Add a Contact tool, you can use any intake form to create a contact. However, this contact must have a valid State for where the plans are eligible. For example, if you wish for the QQuote to pull IL specific plans, the test contact must live in IL.
If you have multiple plans that are state specific, and you want all of those plans to be selectable from the Quick Quote, then the test contact must share an eligible state with all of those plans.
For example, if I have an IL plan and a CA plan, I can make both of these plans show up on the Quick Quote, by making a “hidden state” selected for the plans, and having my test contact live in that “hidden state.” I can do this by editing the state specific plans (Enrollments Tab → Plans), and setting them to be eligible for a territory that the organization is not servicing, such as “AU-New South Wales” for example.
By setting the plans to be usable for “AU-New South Wales” and also setting our test contact to live in “AU-New South Wales,” this allows the plans to be visible from the Quick Quote, without them being available for real contacts.
Once you have your test contact created, copy their contact ID number.
