This article was developed to address Fee Profiles for use within the Forth CRM. This article is broken down into the following topics:
NOTE: If this option is missing, no fee profiles are yet established in this account. To add the first Fee Profile to the CRM, navigate to the Admin Tab and then modify the URL to where page=feeprofiles (for example - https://login.forthcrm.com/index.php?module=administration&page=feeprofiles ) Once a fee profile has been created, this option will now be selectable from the Edit Enrollment Plan screen.
Overview
Fee Profiles (accessible via the Enrollments Tab > Plans) allow for more dynamic fee ranges for enrollment plans based on the debt information associated with a contact.
To create a New Fee Profile, type in a name in the text box shown and click the green checkmark icon to go to a blank Fee Profile page (see the red arrow in the image above).
To edit an Existing Fee Profile, please select it from the dropdown menu (shown above), and you will be automatically sent to the edit screen for said fee profile (see the blue arrow in the image above).
Fee Profile Fields
When creating/editing a fee profile, you will be shown a page similar to the one below:
Each row in the fee profile table contains its own fee range. These numbered ranges will be applied to the fees charged to contacts who fulfill the row's criteria. For example, if Debt Low is 5,000 and Debt High is 20,000, this tells the CRM that this row can only be applied to contacts with a total debt load between $5,000 and $20,000.
Accts Low: The lowest number of debts a contact can have to be applicable for this row
Accts High: The highest number of debts a contact can have to be applicable for this row
Debt Low: The lowest total enrolled debt amount a contact can have to be eligible for this row
Debt High: The highest total enrolled debt amount a contact can have to be eligible for this row
Fixed Low: This is the lowest amount Fee 1 can be set to for the row.
Fixed High: This is the highest amount Fee 1 can be set to for the row.
Fixed Inc: The amount by which the amount of Fee 1 will increase or decrease. For example, if Fixed Low is 50, and Fixed High is 100 if the Fixed Inc is set to 10, then the options for Fee 1 will be 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100.
Monthly Low: This is the lowest amount Fee 3 can be set to for the row.
Monthly High: This is the highest amount Fee 3 can be set to for the row.
Monthly Inc: The amount by which the amount of Fee 3 will increase or decrease. For example, if the Monthly Low is 50, and Monthly High is 100 if the Monthly Inc is set to 10, then the options for Fee 3 will be 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100.
Min Term: The shortest amount of time program duration can be for this row.
Max Term: The longest amount of time the program duration can be for this row.
Inc: The amount by which the Program Duration will increase or decrease. For example, if Min Term is 6, and Max Term is 24, if the Inc is set to 6, then the available options for the Program Length will be 6, 12, 18, and 24 payments.
Sett Fee Low: This is the lowest amount Fee 2 can be set to for the row.
Sett Fee High: This is the highest amount Fee 2 can be set to for the row.
Sett Inc: The amount by which the amount of Fee 2 will increase or decrease. For example, if Sett Fee Low is 50, and Sett Fee High is 100, if the Sett Inc is set to 10, then the options for Fee 2 will be 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100.
If only one set of ranges needs to be applied, only one row must be filled out. If criteria could result in different ranges, more than one row will need to be keyed in where the requirements for the number of debts/debt load will need to be defined.
NOTE: if ranges need to be set for Fees 4 - 7, contact Support@setforth.com.
Saving a Fee Profile

NOTE: If you created a new Fee Profile, assign it to its associated Enrollment Plan (Enrollments Tab > Plan > Select the Enrollment Plan from the Drop Down Menu > Scroll down to the Fee Profile Section and select the profile from the dropdown menu.)
