DRSP agents can access the Consumer Portal via the Client Dashboard in the CRM, allowing them to better assist consumers and compare data issues. When a consumer contacts an agent for assistance, the agent can see exactly what the consumer does and troubleshoot issues in real-time.

Setting up permissions
To even have access to login as the consumer, the permission to do so must be activated.
- Go to the Admin tab > click Roles.
- Select the Role you want this permission for from the Roles menu.
- Scroll to the Contacts section and select the Login as Consumer checkbox (see red highlighted box below).
- Click Save at the top left of the page in the Navigation Bar.
