This article was developed to describe the steps involved in logging into the Consumer Portal as the Consumer. It is organized into the following sections:
Overview
DRSP agents can access the Consumer Portal via the Client Dashboard in the FORTH CRM, allowing them to better assist consumers and compare data issues. When a consumer contacts an agent for assistance, the agent can see exactly what the consumer does and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
How to Access
To have access to log in as the consumer, the permission to do so must be activated.
- Go to the Admin tab and click Roles.
- Select an existing Role from the dropdown menu located at the top left of the page.
- Scroll down to the Contacts section and select the Login as Consumer checkbox (see red highlighted box below).
- Click Save at the top left of the page in the navigation bar.
