Group ISO is a payment gateway that links Forth to merchant processors.

Integration Details:

• Group ISO can link up with nearly 90% of all merchant processors.
• Accepts both CC and ACH transaction types.
• Group ISO can process past Open payments.
• Forth CRM accounts with the Multi-Company/Affiliate Enhancement can integrate unique Group ISO gateways to each individual company.
• Group ISO can load balance between two merchant processors. This allows a rotation between merchant processors based on which has more remaining available monthly limit.

Processing Details:

Group ISO processes payments in batches, on the day that they are scheduled.

Batch Times (CST):

6:00AM, 9:00AM, 12:00PM, 1:00PM, 2:00PM, 3:00PM, 4:00PM, 5:00PM, 6:00PM, 7:00PM, 8:00PM, 9:00PM.

Integrating Group ISO with Forth

There are 2 options for using Group ISO with our system:

Option #1. We can set up a sub-account for you under our Group ISO re-seller account.

Submit an email request to Support@setforth.com, providing us with the following:

Company Name
VAR Sheet
Bank Account #
Bank Routing #

Option #2. Using your own Group ISO account.

Submit an email request to Support@setforth.com, providing us with the following:

Company Name
Username
Password

The Username and Password are for our unique login that is used for the integration. This user login must have all permissions enabled.

IMPORTANT:
When creating a new Group ISO user login for us, please send the login info to yourself first, then forward it to us. DO NOT send the user login info directly to Forth Support, as we will not know who it belongs to!
