FHC-XX | Reliant Account Management (RAM) | November 03, 2023 | 0.2 |
Reliant Account Management (RAM) is a payment gateway that links Forth to merchant processors.
Integration Details:
- Accepts Credit Card (CC), ACH Debit transaction types, and Settlement Payments.
- Forth CRM accounts with the Multi-Company/Affiliate Enhancement can integrate unique RAM gateways to each individual company.
- The Credit Card "Process Now" function is not currently supported in the RAM integration.
- Requires a signed RAM Agreement before Enrolling a Contact.
- Proof of Work document type is available when uploading a file on a contact. Selecting this document type triggers the file to upload to RAM.
Processing Details:
Clients must be enrolled in Forth. Creating the client in RAM before enrolling in Forth will cause processing errors.
RAM requires a signed Gateway Authorization document uploaded before Enrollment. The Gateway Authorization can be uploaded using either of the following two methods:
- Upload the document directly to the RAM Agreement section located in the Docs tab.
- From the Docs tab, click Upload Files and choose the "Contract / Agreement" document type.
Once a signed RAM Agreement is uploaded to the Docs tab within the Client Dashboard, upon contact enrollment, the initial payment and RAM Agreement is sent to RAM with the first batch. Additionally, RAM checks for enrollment updates at 11am CST and 7pm CST.
RAM processes payments in batches, on the day before they are scheduled.
