This article was developed to describe using the Pivot Report available within the Forth CRM.
Pivot reports are used to view your business intelligence, find actionable data, and spot where you may have gaps and want more focus or data-gathering. Pivot reports can help you see the human elements in the numbers.
To start, log in to the Forth CRM, and click the Reports tab. Scroll down the page until you see "Pivots" as an option and click on it.
