This article describes the use of the Pivot Report available within the Forth CRM.
Pivot reports are used to view your business intelligence, find actionable data, and spot where you may have gaps and want more focus or data-gathering. Pivot reports can help you see the human elements in the numbers.
To start, log in to the Forth CRM and click the Reports tab. Scroll down the page until you see "Pivots" as an option and click on it.
The Pivot Report Builder page will then open (see below).
This report allows you to select two metrics and display the information by dimension.
For example, if we wanted to display information by your stages and by statuses, and then further by the dimension of who the assigned user is, we would select the following:
Metric 1: Stage Metric 2: Status Dimension: Assigned To
See the sample dropdown menu below for the options for Metric 1, 2, and Dimension.
In the example report below, you can see the Stage, then the Status within those stages, followed by the number of contacts in each status by whom they are assigned. For cases where there is no Stage/Status, it will display as "UNKNOWN." The far right column will show the total contacts in that Stage/Status based on the row, and the bottom row will display the Total based on who the contact is assigned to.
As shown in the image below, to export this table into a CSV table, click "Export to CSV" at the top left of the page, underneath the "Metric 1" dropdown menu.
