| FHC-MOA-01 | FORTH Pay Mobile App User Guide | May 27, 2026 | 0.1 |
This article describes the features and navigation of the FORTH Pay Mobile App within the FORTH system. It is organized into the following sections:
Overview
The FORTH Pay Mobile App provides a centralized place to manage the debt settlement journey from a mobile device. You can track your custodial balance, monitor debt progress, and approve settlement offers (if enabled by a DSRP) in real-time. This tool increases your program transparency and helps you stay on track with your financial goals without needing to call support for routine updates.
Prerequisites
- An active account with a debt relief service provider using FORTH.
- A valid email address and password for the FORTH Pay portal.
- A smartphone running a current version of iOS or Android to download the Mobile App.
How to Configure
Before accessing your account on the go, follow these steps:
Go to the Settlements tab and select “Settings” in the navigation bar.
On the Settlement Settings page, go to the bottom left and select App Workflow.
NOTE: This option only appears for Forth Pay accounts.
Ensure that the FORTH Mobile APP Consumer Verification checkbox is active, as shown above. If you enable the consumer workflow via the checkbox shown, three dropdown options are then displayed.
The three dropdown menus are available to select the notification to be associated with the following:
Initiate Consumer Approval - When the settlement offer moves into this status, the consumer is notified that it is ready for approval. The approval is made available in the mobile app.
Consumer Approved Status - The status mapped to this setting is what the settlement offer will move into when the consumer APPROVES via the mobile app.
Consumer Declined Status - The status mapped to this setting is what the settlement offer will move into when the consumer DECLINES via the mobile app.
NOTE: It is recommended that you have some custom settlement offer statuses to use
with this feature and not to use any out of box offer status.
For more information on settlement offer statuses, please refer to this article.
When you have completed editing the settings, click Save Settings at the top of the page.
