This article describes the steps required to create an Offer Status within the FORTH CRM.
Each settlement offer is taken through a series of steps before being completed. The Offer Statuses settings let you create custom offer statuses to reflect your company’s process.
To Create an Offer Status:
- Log in to the CRM and click the Settlements tab.
- Click on Settings from the Navigation Bar (see red highlighted area below).
- From the left panel, select Offer Statuses.
- On the Offer Statuses page, click Add an Offer Status, found at the bottom of the page (see image below).
- Now, type the new custom status in the text field that appears (see the image below).
- Do one of the following:
- Click the Save Settings button; or
- Repeat steps 4 and 5, and then click the Save Settings button.
