Enable this Integration
- Go to the Admin tab > Integrations.
- Scroll down to find "Veritas Legal Plan" and click on it. When you do, the following dialog box may appear (see the image below).
- Follow the instructions it provides to continue.

Enrolling a Consumer into the Veritas System
1. Verify that the required fields are populated per the 'Required Fields' section of this article
2. Create an Enrollment Plan per the standard process.
3. On the "Edit Enrollment Plan" page (Enrollments tab > Edit Enrollment Plan), click 'Save & Generate Contract' found in the Navigation Bar (see highlight in the image below).
4. Populate the 'Generate Document' popup page that now opens:
a) Ensure the "Send Document via Clixsign" option at the top of the popup page is selected
b) Select the 'Template' radio button under "Document Configuration >Document Type".
c) Select "Veritas Legal Plan Agreement-UPDATED" from the dropdown. Note: Your agency's Veritas Legal Agreement may be named differently.
d) Make any needed updates to the "Document Expiration Date".
e) Complete the "Signers & Delivery Method' section of the page to assign the signing order, signer type, as well as whether you are sending this via email or SMS.
f) Continue to the "Email Message" section and type a message that you wish to be send with your attached document.
5. When finished with the "Generate Document" popup page, click "Send for Signature" found at the bottom right corner of the popup.
6. Once the consumer signs the agreement, you will receive an email with it attached. Attach the agreement to the 'Docs' section of the Contact's dashboard:
a) Drag-and-drop the document to the document upload box or use the 'Browse' hyperlink
b) Select "Veritas Agreement" from the dropdown that appears
c) *Optional* Populate the document description, which will be visible in the Contact's History log.
7. If the enrollment with Veritas was NOT successful, please review the contact history or system log to identify the reason for the failure.
Troubleshooting Tip: Make sure that the consumer has a Veritas Enrollment Plan saved on file and that the Veritas agreement if uploaded in the Veritas Agreement section. Addressing these two items will eliminate common causes of failure. Once the issue has been resolved, the user should then select Click here to create Veritas client to push the file to Veritas.
IMPORTANT: The Veritas Plan must be selected via the "Choose Veritas Plan" dropdown menu on the Enrollment Details page before enrollment. Once enrolled, this option is not available and an error will be generated.
8. The entry shown below on the Contact History dashboard confirms that the consumer was successfully enrolled with Veritas.
Coming Soon! Submit Claims Directly from CRM
Starting in late February 2026, you will be able to initiate and submit legal claim requests directly within the Forth CRM.
A new Veritas Claims subtab (via the Client Dashboard) and claim tables will provide visibility into pending and approved claims. At the top of the “Claims” page, the Veritas Membership Status is displayed to indicate whether the Contact's current membership status is Active, Inactive, or Not Enrolled. The page also shows the Veritas Member ID and Enrollment Date, if appropriate.
How It Will Work
Confirm that you have an account with, and are enrolled in, Veritas with your Account Manager.
Navigate to the new Veritas Claims subtab under Contacts.
NOTE: The “Claims” tab on the Client Dashboard will only be visible if the company is enabled for the Veritas integration.Begin by verifying the membership status displayed. Then initiate your request by clicking "+ New Claim Request".
You are then asked to assign the Contact’s Debt, and then enter the Date that Court Papers were served. NOTE: The system will ensure that the “Date Served Court Papers” date is greater than or equal to the Veritas Enrolled Date.
After clicking “Continue”, you enter the Case Number, the State where the claim was filed, and the Country where the claim was filed. You would then save your work by clicking “Save for Later”, return to the previous screen, or continue by clicking “Next”.
The following pages allow you to upload required documents, including the Summons and Complaints documents and provides an “Other Documents” section to upload any additional documentation. and then provides space to enter any comments you wish to add to the claim. Click “Next” to continue.
If correct, click “Submit Claim Request“ to submit your claim request to Veritas.
After Submit Claim Request is clicked and your request is successful, the page lists your request. You will now be able to track claim statuses and receive automated updates in real-time.
Reminders
- The Veritas agreement must be uploaded before Enrollment to create a successful submission. This will create open communication for contact information to be sent to Veritas automatically.
In case of unsuccessful enrollments (when we cannot create members in Veritas' system), a link like the one shown below may be displayed on the enrollments page in the CRM to facilitate the client's enrollment into the Veritas system.
- Generic contact information fields are auto-mapped, and no action is needed to pass first name, last name, etc. Other fields are read from the enrollment plan and mapped automatically as well.
