| FHC-XX | Xactus360 Credit Pull Integration | May 11, 2026 | 0.2 |
This article was developed to describe the setup and use of the Xactus360 Credit Pull Integration within the Forth CRM. This article includes the following topics:
Overview
The Xactus360 integration (formerly known as Avantus) is part of the credit reporting service FORTH offers through MeridianLink. Xactus360 is a front-end provider that integrates with the FORTH CRM to provide credit reports and associated functionalities.
Prerequisites
Before setting up the integration, ensure you have the following credentials and information from Xactus:
- User ID and Password: Provided by Xactus.
- Receiving Party Name (Provider ID on the Forth side): Default is "debtpaypro" unless otherwise specified by the client.
- Receiving Party Identifier (Party ID on the Forth side): The default is "CY" unless otherwise specified by the client.
- Client ID: Default is "debtpaypro" unless otherwise specified by the client.
-
Endpoint URL: Use
https://www.ultraamps.com/uaweb/mismounless provided with an alternative - Provider Name: Can be left blank.
Confirm with Xactus that the TMMP and PORTCBL fields are activated in their system. Without these fields, the “Revolving Credit Utilization” and “Total Liability Payments” data in the Client Dashboard’s Debts nested tab may be inaccurate.
Note: You may conduct a hard and soft credit pull. It is based on the userid and password provided by the vendor. Usually, you will perform a soft credit pull. If the system is doing a hard pull and you wish to do only a soft pull, be sure you provided the credentials for a soft pull, not a hard pull.
How to Access
Contact your FORTH representative to enable the Xactus360 Integration for you.
- Set Up in the FORTH CRM
- Log into the account’s CRM and navigate to Admin > Integrations.
-
Locate and select Xactus360 under the "Credit / Finance Integrations" section.
Add the required Credentials by clicking Create A New Set on the top right of the page that appears.
How it Works
Xactus360 offers the following features:
Soft and Hard Credit Pulls: Credit pulls can be hard or soft, depending on the credentials used. To perform a soft pull, ensure the credentials are specifically set for it.
PDF Credit Report: Supports the retrieval of credit reports in PDF format.
Debt Management: Adds debts from credit reports, excluding those with a $0 balance.
-
Co-Applicant Credit: Xactus360 can pull credit for a co-applicant automatically if the following fields are populated:
First and last name
Social Security Number (SSN)
Address, City, State, and Zip code
Within the primary applicant’s Client Dashboard, click the Debts nested tab and then click he Pull Credit Report dropdown menu option.
Select Xactus360 from the options shown. You will receive a warning dialog box to confirm your intent to pull credit on this contact’s file. To proceed, click OK. Otherwise, click Cancel to return to the Debts subtab.
If a credit pull has already been performed on this contact, an additional warning dialog box will appear, asking if you wish to pull another credit report.
Important:
- Co-applicant credit can be included in the main applicant’s report only if there is data for the following co-applicant fields: first name, last name, date of birth, SSN, and full address fields.
- By default, open credit accounts loaded into the Contact file will be assigned a debt type based on information from the credit report. The credit report parsing tool can be configured to customize the debt-load workflow, and if enabled for an account, its rules will take priority.
- Ownership types on accounts, as reported by Universal Credit, may include:
- Authorized User
- Co-Signer
- Borrower
- Joint
- Participant
- Maker
- Terminated
- Undesignated
Evidence of Credit Pull
Credit pull results will be recorded and viewable on the Contact’s client dashboard in several locations. The first location is on the Contact’s History nested tab (see the first image below), as well as on the Docs Nested Tab (see the second image below).
Finally, the Debts nested tab provides evidence of the credit pull, including summary information (see the image below).
