We ended March 2026 with a robust set of enhancements across the FORTH CRM and FORTH PAY ecosystems. From sophisticated loan automation to more intuitive communication tools, these updates are designed to streamline your daily operations and improve your clients' experience.
These updates are organized into the following sections:
Financial and Loan Management
Complete Loan Lifecycle Automation
We expanded the Loan Module to automate everything from origination to final payoff. The system now automatically schedules repayment transactions, calculating principal and interest via T-Value - the moment a loan is marked "in-repayment." This update also supports syndicate payouts, commission tracking, and monthly subscriptions, ensuring your entire financial workflow is managed in one place.
Past-Date Safeguards for EPF Transactions
To maintain the integrity of your payment schedules, the FORTH system now prevents users from saving or activating EPF transactions with a process date in the past. This includes helpful error messaging that guides users to adjust the process date to a current or future day, ensuring your financial reporting remains accurate.
Comprehensive Visibility in the Creditors Tab
Managing your creditor database is now more efficient. The Creditors tab has been updated to display all non-deleted creditor records, even those without currently enrolled debts. This allows your team to maintain a full directory for merging duplicates or assigning parent creditors without losing visibility on inactive accounts.
Automated SMS Delivery for Five9 SBT
For accounts utilizing the Five9 SBT provider, we updated the "Send SMS" trigger action to correctly transmit the External Group ID. This technical refinement ensures that automated notifications, such as status changes, are delivered reliably and logged accurately in the contact history.
Communication and Document Tools
Flexible Multi-Channel Delivery for Clixsign
You can now choose the best way to reach your signers by selecting Email, SMS, or both for Clixsign requests. This flexibility, combined with new tracking for when documents are "Adopted" or "Opened," helps you tailor your outreach and significantly improve document completion rates.
Clixsign Expiration and Automated Reminders
Take control of your document lifecycles with new administrative settings for Clixsign. Admins can now set default expiration windows and schedule automated reminders. The system will now "nudge" signers via email or SMS at pre-defined intervals, reducing the need for manual follow-ups on outstanding agreements.
Live SMS Character Count and Limits
To help you avoid blocked messages and improve deliverability, we’ve introduced a live character counter for SMS. Admins can now set maximum character limits, providing users with real-time visual warnings (including color shifts) as they approach the limit to ensure messages stay concise and effective.
Secure Image Uploads for Email Signatures
We have restored the ability to upload images directly into your email signatures within the "My Settings" menu. These images are now hosted securely in our cloud storage, ensuring your professional branding displays correctly in recipients' inboxes without the need for manual HTML adjustments.
Automation and System Customization
Precision Trigger Filtering by Event Type
Your automation just got more granular. You can now add "Event Type" as a condition when using the "Event Scheduled" trigger. This ensures that specific automated actions—like sending a preparation email—only run for the correct type of calendar appointment, preventing irrelevant messages to your clients.
Intuitive Webhook Reordering and Editing
Technical setups are now much simpler with drag-and-drop functionality for webhook fields. Instead of deleting and recreating fields to change their order, you can now simply move them or use the inline "pencil" icon to edit field names and values on the fly.
Clear Guidance for Intake Form Errors
We’ve improved the user experience for those moments when system settings are incomplete. If a user attempts to edit a contact but no default intake form is set, the system now provides a clear, helpful tip explaining how to resolve the issue in the Form Builder, reducing confusion and support requests.
