Welcome to the latest monthly release notes for FORTH CRM and FORTH PAY! We are excited to share this round of updates designed to streamline your daily workflows, enhance data privacy, and deliver clearer reporting across your operations.
These updates are organized into the following sections:
- Reporting and Data Management
- Workflow and Task Automation
- Settlement and Payment Operations
- Security and Compliance
Reporting and Data Management
Filter Test Contacts Out of System Reports
You can now easily exclude test contacts from your reports using the new "Exclude Test Contacts" filter toggle. This ensures your operational, debt, and accounting reports reflect only true production data, giving you cleaner analytics without manual data cleanup.
Optionally Hide Test Contacts Across the UI
Administrators can now control the visibility of test contacts across the entire CRM with the new "Show Test Contacts" system setting. When disabled, test records and their associated offers are hidden from daily operational modules and searches, reducing clutter and preventing accidental actions on test data.
Track Settlement Offer Status and Payment Gateways on Debt Reports
Debt reports have been upgraded with new fields and filters for "Offer Status", "Debt Settled", and "Gateway". You can now track where individual debts stand in the settlement process and isolate records by processor directly within your report views, eliminating the need to click into individual contact files.
Workflow and Task Automation
Set Task Statuses Automatically via Workflows
When setting up automated triggers that create tasks, you can now specify the initial status for the generated task. This gives your team more granular control over task tracking from the moment a trigger fires, reducing the need to maintain redundant workflows across multiple accounts.
Standardize File Return Reasons with Custom Dropdowns
When returning a file back to an affiliate, users can now select from a standardized dropdown list of return reasons managed under Enrollment Settings. This establishes a consistent audit trail in the contact history while keeping file handoffs clean and clear.
Settlement and Payment Operations
Automatic Cancellation of Fees for Cancelled Payments
When a settlement payment is cancelled, the system now automatically cancels any associated pending disbursement fees. This removes the manual work of clearing orphan fees and keeps client amortization schedule balances accurate.
Default Settlement Payment Frequency to Monthly
To better align with standard processing routines, the payment frequency in the "Adjust Payment" section for settlements now defaults to "Monthly" regardless of the contact's routine draft schedule. This reduces manual adjustments and protects against accidental scheduling errors.
Include Payee Zip Codes in Payment Selection
Payee address dropdowns on the Settlement & Negotiations tab now display the complete zip code alongside the street address, city, and state. Having complete address information upfront helps your team verify payee details and reduces returned payments.
Prevent Accidental CFT Record Discrepancies
For transactions processed through CFT, the local "Delete" option has been removed from the action dropdown in favor of the standard "Cancel Transaction" workflow. This ensures status changes properly synchronize with CFT and prevents deleted "ghost" records from reappearing after daily syncs.
Security and Compliance
Enhanced Social Security Number Privacy Controls
To safeguard sensitive client information, SSN fields are now masked by default across contact profiles, lists, and the settlements module. Administrators can manage visibility through a dedicated "Unmask SSN" permission, ensuring full numbers are only exposed to authorized user roles.
Accurate Timeline Tracking on Clixsign Documents
Clixsign document cards now display actual transaction timestamps ("Sent At" or "Signed At") instead of the original template creation date. This gives compliance and operations teams an accurate audit trail of document progress without needing to cross-reference file details.
