What's New with FORTH – April 2026
Welcome to the April 2026 update! This month, we’ve focused on giving you more automation power, deeper financial insights, and enhanced security controls to keep your workflows moving faster and more securely than ever before.
Document & Template Automation
Maximize Precision with Advanced Loan and Accountability Tags
Populating your documents with accurate data is now simpler with new loan tags for payoff quotes, payment amounts, and maturity dates. We’ve also introduced accountability tags—{SUBMITTED_BY} and {ENROLLED_BY}—so you can automatically track exactly which team members handled key file transitions within your documents and webhooks.
Accelerate Onboarding with Expanded Document Auto-Extraction
We’ve expanded our auto-extraction feature to support a wider range of document types beyond POAs. The system can now automatically identify and extract predefined documents from completed Clixsign packages, placing them directly in a new "Extracted Documents" tab on the contact dashboard to save your team hours of manual filing.
Identify the Latest Signed Contracts at a Glance
When Clixsign documents are pushed via webhook, the system now captures the actual "Date Signed" rather than just the upload date. This allows you to quickly identify the most recently signed contract in the "Uploaded Files" section, ensuring you always reference the correct, active agreement.
Reporting & Financial Insights
Sharpen Your Performance and Accounting Reports
The FORTH Pay Enrollment Reporting page has been refreshed with a cleaner UI for a better user experience. We’ve also added nine critical fields to accounting reports, including Settlement Fees, Remaining EPF, and Gateway details.
Enhance Transparency with Loan Running Balances
Give your clients full visibility into their loan progress with new "Running Balance" and payment breakdown columns (Principal, Interest, and Fees) synchronized directly with the T-Value API. Additionally, "Current Debt" amounts can now be dynamically included in consumer summary statements to provide a clearer financial picture.
Settlement & Payment Operations
Unlock Negotiator Flexibility with Zero-Fee Settlements
Settlement negotiators now have the option to waive performance fees entirely when scheduling an offer. By allowing the fee to be set to $0, you can better accommodate a client’s unique financial situation without running into system validation blocks.
Increase Accuracy in Settlement Projections and Matching
Projected settlements through the Credologi integration now use a more current 55% default estimate for new requests. We’ve also upgraded our matching logic for OCR-extracted data and widened the transaction search window (30 days past to 5 days future) to improve speed and accuracy in transaction reconciliation.
Strengthen Payment Integrity and Bulk Processing
Protect your finances with a new duplicate settlement payment alert that automatically moves potential duplicates to an "Error Processing" status. Additionally, we’ve updated deferred split logic to support Capital Partner tranches and added a reference number control for First Premier Bank to prevent invalid direct payments.
Security, Logging & Communications
Enhanced Security with Continuous Session Validation
Protect your data with continuous IP whitelisting validation that ensures users are logged out immediately if their network or VPN drops. To further align with your company’s security policies, administrators can now also customize the length of time before a user session times out.
Gain Clarity with Specific Task and Debt History Logs
Auditing is now more efficient as the system now logs only the specific fields changed during a task update, rather than the full data object. We’ve also ensured that every debt update log uniquely captures the Debt ID and that AutoMatch status changes are recorded in the transaction journal for full traceability.
Professionalize Note Notifications
Internal communication is now clearer with a "Do Not Reply" notice appended to note notification emails, guiding users to respond within the CRM.
Workflow & Logistics
Power Your Workflows with Event and Task Triggers
Automate your follow-ups by using new "Dismiss Event Options" (Completed, Not Completed, Missed Appointment, etc.) as trigger conditions. You can also now configure triggers to automatically email the task creator when a task is updated or finished, closing the loop on internal assignments.
Proactive Banking Notifications
To ensure smooth payment cycles, the system will now automatically notify banking partners (ONB, GBC, or SSB) if an expected ACH file is not received by 6:00 AM, allowing for immediate troubleshooting and faster resolution.
