The Tasks nested tab (i.e., subtab) is a fully functioning task management system within the Client's Dashboard. This keeps all system users aware of any tasks assigned to them, a team member, or even an external contact, such as an attorney.
This article includes the following topics:
Adding a task
- Go to the Client Dashboard > click the Tasks nested tab.
A description of some aspects of the page is provided in the image below.
- Click the add a task (white cross on green background) icon
, found at the top right of the page (see below).
- The Create Task window now opens.
- When finished, click Save Task.
Editing and deleting a task
- Go to the Client Dashboard > click the Tasks tab.
- Do either of the following:
- To edit a task:
- Click the edit icon
, make changes, and then go to the bottom right of the Edit Task pop-up page and click Save Task.
- Click the edit icon
- To delete a task:
- Click the edit icon
, go to the bottom left of the Edit Task pop-up page, and select "Delete Task".
- Click the edit icon
- To edit a task:
Completing a task
- Go to the Client Dashboard > click the Tasks tab.
- Click the complete task
icon (white checkmark with green background) in the appropriate task row.
- Click Yes when the Confirm Completion popup displays.
NOTE
That task is now complete and the colored line you have associated with an incomplete task has now changed to reflect a completed task.
