This article was developed to describe the Budget Analysis page available via the Client Dashboard in the CRM.
The Budget Analysis page provides an overview of the client's Monthly Budget. To access the Budget Analysis report go to the Client Dashboard of the contact you wish to review. Click the "Budget Analysis" option on the Navigation Bar, which is highlighted below.
The Budget Analysis page lists budget fields in five categories (Monthly Income, Liquid Assets, Monthly Expenses, and Other Assets). The page has real-time totals for the following (see image below):
- Total Net Income: Shows the dollar amount total of all monthly income.
- Total Expenses: This shows the total of all monthly expenses shown on the page.
- Expense %: This shows the percentage of expenses divided by Net Income.
- Cash Flow: This shows the total dollar amount of all "Total Net Income" minus "Total Expenses".
Total Assets: This shows the total dollar amount from the "Liquid Assets" and "Other Assets" sections, minus any liens.
When you have completed making any changes, click on "Save Budget" found at the top left of the page. To export this monthly budget information, click on "Export to CSV" also found near the top left of the page.
