The History nested tab on the Client Dashboard displays every action that has occurred for a specific contact. Each event is color-coded, date and time stamped and lists which user was responsible for that act.

Filtering the history
- Go to the Client Dashboard and click on the History nested tab.
All records are displayed.
- To filter the history by category, click the dropdown menu that defaults to "Activity: All" (see highlighted image below).
Deleting an event
We do not recommend deleting events as they provide important information about client activities.
- From the Client Dashboard > click the History nested tab.
- Click the green trash can icon next to the item you want to delete > click OK.
