| FHC-XX | Using the Monevo Access Integration | January 28, 2026 | 0.6 |
This article was developed to describe the Monevo Access Integration.
Overview
This feature replicates Monevo integration settings and is intended to help develop a frictionless customer experience for both the CRM user and consumer; as well as reduce overall maintenance on Monevo by offering an alternative to the hosted page.
NOTE: This feature relies on the Monevo Add-On within Settings to be enabled. Ensure “Monevo Access” is selected under both the "Add-On" column and the "Integrations" column.
Setting Up the Integration
For persons with access to Integrations settings, go to Admin tab -> Integrations.
Click on Monevo Access (shown below) to configure credentials for the Monevo Access Integration.
If you do not have access to Monevo Access, the following dialog box appears, asking you to contact your Account Manager to establish this integration.
The credentials would effectively be your Mappings page for what campaign code and what URL they will be using. This URL is provided by Monevo. This applies to the campaign code too. The campaign code tells Monevo which customers are submitting an application.
3. You can enable or disable those by company, by going to Admin > Integrations > Monevo Access to create new sets of credentials as needed.
Field Mappings
These mappings are contingent on having a custom field available. These field mappings are listed below:
i. Standard Fields
First_name
Last_name
Email
Address
Address 2
City
State
Zip
Date_of_birth
Primary phone (cell phone)
ii. Non-Standard Fields examples:
https://docs.Monevo.com/docs/usa-link-partners#pre-populating-tracking-links)
Loan_amount_formatted
Loan_purpose
Monthly_payment
Residence_type
Pay_frequency
Time_at_address
Income_source
Income
Employer_name
Employer_length
V1
V2
V3
V4
Not all fields are required, like the V2-V4 fields, but they must pass the Contact ID using the V1 field. This would need to be mapped to our contact ID.
NOTE: The data entered into these fields pre-populates the Monevo Access page.
Finding the Appropriate Contact
This section of the article documents the user journey with the Monevo Access product from within the CRM from both the customer and the agent perspective.
- To begin, go to the Contacts tab within the CRM.
- From here, you may create a new contact OR search for an existing user by entering the User’s ID in the Search field at the top left of the screen and clicking Edit Contact”
Normally, this contact information will have been received by the account representative who would be on the phone with the customer, either by editing an existing contact record and filling in the different data points to pre-populate the URL or by other means that help customers get data into the CRM, such as web forms or imports.
On the top left side is standard information such as company name, first and last name, date of birth, etc.
In addition, there is an additional information section, which would encompass various custom fields that a client might be tracking and using as part of the integration (See example below).
How to Use the Integration
When you are ready to provide the client with the page on which they will receive their offers:
Click on the “Loans” subtab in the menu ribbon on the right side of the page (as shown below).
Click “Send Consumer Request”.
In the email address dropdown menu, specify the email address it will be going to.
You may also select SMS from the "Send Via" dropdown menu to text that contact.
5. Click Send Request and the request will be sent to the customer via email in the form of a link. They will get an email similar to the image below:
6. Within that email, click Click Here to Continue to open the Monevo page.
The Monevo Page is pre-populated via the Mappings page, pulling information from the client. This is the page where the customer reviews the information with the account representative on the phone.
The Monevo Access Integration displays a history event for when the “loan submission” event occurs via SMS or email. This is triggered will trigger when application has been sent using the Monevo Access integration via the Loans nested tab. The history event states “*CUSTOMER NAME _CUSTOMERID_ has been submitted to Monevo Access.”
9. The customer is then asked to consent to all terms of service, credit authorization agreement, use of e-consent, and privacy policy to see their personalized loan offers. To do so, click the small checkbox shown in the image below.
10. Click Get your results and any loan offers that they qualify for will appear.
NOTE: Checking available rates will not affect the applicant’s credit score.
Now you have the results of this Consumer Loan request and the different offers that the client would receive. At this point, payroll will be updated with the same view of offers, but from the agent’s perspective.
11. Refresh the page and go back to the “Loans” nested tab on the menu ribbon.
12. Click Go To Offers (see above), and the agent’s read-only view of the offers is displayed.
The agent now sees the same thing that the consumer is seeing, and they can help coach them through the various options, and help the consumer make a selection that best fits their needs.
13. The consumer would then continue forward with one of these offers, assuming that they are still interested, by clicking Continue next to the offer they wish to pursue (see below).
