This article was developed to describe the SuperMoney integration within the Forth system. It is organized into the following sections:
Overview
Forth has integrated the Forth CRM with the SuperMoney loan application platform. This provides an additional debt consolidation loan provider as an optional offering to clients alongside Monevo, LendingUSA, et al.
This new integration allows you to offer consumers a debt consolidation loan as an option before pursuing debt settlement by integrating with SuperMoney, a loan application portal and credit provider aggregator.
Using the Integration
NOTE: Use of this integration assumes that the client has an existing account with SuperMoney and the necessary access credentials. Contact our Support Team at support@setforth.com for more information
IMPORTANT: The Forth CRM will not send affiliate-identifying credentials as there’s no functionality in SuperMoney to ingest that information
Submit Loan Application” Button Configuration - A “one-click” button, titled “SuperMoney (-) was installed within the Loans nested tab (i.e., subtab) of the Contacts module to be used to pre-populate the loan application in SuperMoney (see the highlighted section of the image below).
“Submit Loan Application with Co-Borrower” Button - A one-click button was implemented within the “Loans” nested tab in Forth CRM's Contacts module to pre-populate the loan application in SuperMoney with co-borrower information. This button is only visible if a co-applicant is associated with the contact.
Clicking either the “Submit Loan Application” or the "Submit Loan Application with Co-Borrower" buttons takes you to the SuperMoney website. The webpage that opens will look like the one shown below. On this page, log in with your SuperMoney credentials to continue.
After logging in, you will see a page like the one below. Complete all information requested within the Basic Information, Personal Information, Income Information, and Housing Information sections.
If any required fields are incomplete, you will receive a notification at the bottom of the page (see the left side of the image below), and the "Continue" button will be grayed out.
If you cannot complete all required fields but wish to save your progress, click the "Save Progress & Exit" button at the top right of the image above.
Once you have completed all required fields, click the "Continue to Application Handoff" button at the bottom right of the page (highlighted in red below).
Contact History Log Updates
Upon executing the “Submit Loan Application” function, the system updates the Contact history log: “Client Loan Application Successfully Sent to SuperMoney.” Likewise, upon clicking the “Submit Loan Application with Co-Borrower” button, the system updates the Contact history log: “Client & Co-Borrower Loan Application Successfully Sent to SuperMoney.”
