Mobilend.com is a lender offering loans for debt settlement programs. The add-on allows the Forth user to access pertinent consumer information from the CRM, put it into a loan application, and submit it directly to Mobilend.com for review right from the Client Dashboard.

To do this, Forth must integrate the Mobilend.com add-on with your current system (see Integration).

Setup

Once Forth has set up your account, you will have access to a new tab (Loans) on the Client Dashboard.

Using the Mobilend add-on:

  1. Click on the Contacts tab and select a client.
  2. Click the Loans nested tab on the Client Dashboard.
  3. Click Submit Loan Application.

  4. The Application window opens, allowing you to review the entries. When you approve the application, you can click Submit.
  5. The Loans nested tab of the contact record will then be updated and display “Pre-Qualified” upon successful loan pre-qualification.

  6. To check the status of your loan submission at any time, revisit the Loans nested tab. Each submission attempt is recorded and listed with the current status.

Tags

{loan.lender(mobileend).status} - Populates the response of the submission listed under the "Submit Loan Application" button on the loans tab.
