This article describes the payment adjustment process if the process date has passed within the FORTH CRM. It is organized into the following sections:
Overview
You can cancel past-dated EPF transactions directly in the FORTH CRM. By removing these date restrictions, you can maintain accurate historical records while quickly correcting transaction errors.
Prerequisites
- User permissions to edit and adjust transaction types.
- Access to the Adjust Payments tool within the CRM.
How to Access
- Log in to the FORTH CRM.
- Click the Contacts Tab and select a contact.
- Click Enrollment found in the navigation bar.
- Click Adjust Payments.

On the Adjust Payments page, click the Program/Performance Fees tab at the top of the page (highlighted in red in the image below).
How it Works
- Select the Cancel the transactions checkbox as highlighted in red below.
- In the Earned Performance Fees table, locate the EPF transaction you need to void.

Select the Cancel checkbox next to the specific transaction.
- Click Save Changes to process the change.

You will then see a confirmation popup appear. Click OK to continue.
- You will automatically be taken back to the ACH Debits/Deposits tab again.
- You swill see a Payment Adjustment Completed banner near the the bottom right of the page, confirming the adjustment is completed.

If you return to the Enrollment Details page, you will see that the FORTH system updated the transaction status to Cancel (see below).
- In addition, the transaction will remain visible in the contact's transaction table for auditing purposes with its new status.
