This article describes the removal of the local delete option for CFT-processed transactions within the FORTH system. It is organized into the following sections:
Overview
Previously, deleting a transaction in FORTH did not remove it from the CFT schedule, causing the record to "ghost" or reappear during the next sync. By removing the Delete option for these specific records, the FORTH system ensures you use the Cancel Transaction workflow, which successfully updates both platforms and prevents duplicate or incorrect billing.
Prerequisites
- Super Admin user permissions.
- An active CFT integration.
How to Access
- Click on the Contacts Tab
- Select a Client with CFT selected as their gateway
- Click Enrollments in the navigation bar.
How it Works
- Click on a specific transaction to open the Add / Edit Payment modal.
- Locate the Processed By field.

If the field displays CFT Pay, skip Step 4 and 5 below.
- If the Processed By dropdown selection is FORTH Custodial, click the Action dropdown menu.
- Select Delete to stop the payment.
- If the Processed By dropdown selected is CFT Pay, click the Action dropdown menu.

Select Cancel Transaction to stop the payment.
