Credologi DCL Integration

This article describes the credit/finance integration for Credologi (formerly Loanosity) Debt Consolidation Loans (DCL). Please see our Help Center article for information about the Credologi Debt Settlement Loan (DSL) program.

Overview

Credologi DCL offers debt settlement program loans for consolidating debt. With this integration, Credologi DCL is a program option for clients to pay off their debt. The Credologi DCL integration is used after a client has enrolled in a program and wants a loan to pay off that program.

NOTE: This feature relies on the Forth client being enrolled in the Credologi DCL program (confirm with Forth Sales if you have any questions at Sales@setforth.com or call (630) 394-6260.).

Qualifications for Submission to Credologi DCL

To submit to Credologi DCL, the following information must be available:

• First and Last Name,
• Date of Birth (DOB),
• Email,
• Balance in Escrow Account,
• FICO Score Saved (This field in the CRM is automatically filled when the contact has their credit pulled via our various credit pull integrations).

Submit Loan Application

Begin by logging in to the FORTH CRM and going to the “Contact” tab. 

Either create a new contact or search for an existing user by entering the User’s ID in the Search field at the top left of the screen.

Once you select the contact, click on the Loans nested tab (i.e., subtab). You should see CredologiDCL (-) and a Submit to Credologi DCL button on the right side (see below).

A pop-up screen will then appear asking, if appropriate, you wish to submit co-applicant information as well to Credologi. 

A second pop-up screen appears once you click Submit to Credologi DCL (see below). To continue, click OK. This initiates the automated application process, which includes any state-specific notice requirements if necessary.

The loan creation, update, and management processes are fully automated through the Credologi system, using the LoanVault API for the user to complete. Any State-specific document packages are generated by Credologi and sent to clients for electronic signing.

 

NOTE: All debts need to be settled in the CRM before approval.

An error message is received if all debts are not settled. A notification will then appear at the bottom of the page, whether accepted or not. If not, the Loans nested tab within the Client Dashboard will reflect the denial.

If there was no error, and you were to return to the Loans nested tab, you would see the following:

In addition, the submittal being sent is recorded in the contact’s History nested tab (see below).

Any further loan application status updates will be provided in real-time and posted in the contact's "History" nested tab.
