BlueRock User Mapping in My Settings
We now allow users to map their BlueRock User IDs directly in the "My Settings" section (under the "Phone Systems" category) so they can manage their BlueRock integration without requiring admin access or intervention.
Limiting Credit Pull Options Based on User Role
We added a section within the role management interface titled "Integrations", which displays all available credit pull providers *enabled on the account* (e.g., Forth Credit, Meridian Link) as Check Box options for Admins and Super Admins.
Push to Prior Business Day Settings
We created a new "Push To Prior Business Day" setting that moves ACH debit payments to the prior business day if the original date falls on a weekend or holiday.
Specify Exact Minutes and Seconds for Contact Creation
This feature allows users to specify minutes and seconds in the Contact > Created Date > Equals > Relative-Custom trigger condition to allow firing the trigger as close to the contact creation time as possible, improving response times.
Automate Forth Pay Document Underwriting
By integrating Forth Pay authorization document submissions with our internal verification processes, we increased pre-enrollment document underwriting process automation.
Creditor Portal Optimization
We optimized the Forth Pay Creditor portal's responsiveness and performance to handle ever-increasing large amounts of transaction data. We introduced pagination for faster load times and automated transaction reporting.
Setting Specific Number of Events to Pause on NSF
This enhancement gives you more flexibility in managing consecutive Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) events. You can now decide how many consecutive NSF events will trigger an automatic pause.
Add Total Payment and Total Program Cost Fields to Program
CRM users may now see the Total Payment, Payment Frequency, and Total Program cost in the Program Snapshot section of the Edit Enrollment Plan page to provide consumers with accurate and transparent program transaction information.
Add "Pay Frequency" system field as a filter on Contact Lists
We enabled users to filter contacts by their payment frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly, semi-monthly, and monthly) when creating or editing a contact list, so that they can segment contacts and take targeted actions based on payment schedules.
Role-Based Tags for Company-Level Custom Fields
We allow users to create and use tags for company-level custom fields based on their role and permissions. This allows users to use company-specific data dynamically in emails, templates, automations, and webhooks.
Record Contact Delinking in the History Log
A new "General" event in the client dashboard history will now populate when an applicant and co-applicant are unlinked from each other, such as when a co-applicant is removed from the program. This will enable greater visibility into key contact events on the contact’s history.
Role Permission for Action on Decisions Page
We added a new role-based permission titled "Actions on Decisions" to provide more granular control over user actions within the decisions page. This allows users to view the settlement decisions page while limiting their ability to execute specific actions on settlements.
Clear Default Sort Field Due Date = Today from Task Page
We cleared all default filters on the Task page (except for pre-selected fields), so that all incomplete tasks are displayed upon page load, ensuring users do not miss tasks due on other dates. We also added a "Use as Default Filter" checkbox that allows agents to save their preferred filter configuration.
Refresh Enrollment Plan/Fee Profile When Debts are Updated
We updated the Enrollment Plan Interface to allow the Forth system to dynamically validate and reset program length and fee slot values (1-3) on the Enrollment Plan page whenever debts are added, removed, or modified.
Forth Pay Pending Fees Management
We enhanced the Forth system’s capability to automatically cancel historical and future Forth Pay fees in an open or pending status after a consumer cancels their program.
New "Charged Off Days" Field
We added a dynamically updating “Charge Off Days” field in the Contact Level Debt Table that calculates the number of days past due based on the “Last Payment Date”, and continues to accumulate over time. We also allow manual updates to reflect the days past due when discrepancies occur.
New "Last Offer Created Date" field for the Ready to Settle Report
We added more filter options to the "Ready to Settle" report page, specifically a new filter for "Last Offer Created Date." A date range selection tool lets you assign an individual date or a range of dates.
What's Improved (2)
Client Graduation Date and Dropped Date in the Client Snapshot
We modified the information banner in the Contact Snapshot section to include the date the Contact graduated or dropped from a program.
Update to "Send and generate" Button for Enrollment Plans
We updated the old "Send and generate" contract button so that it now redirects to where the client should go upon saving an enrollment plan and have the corresponding page prompt the user with the Clixsign popup.
