Financial and Payment Processing
We've introduced several updates to streamline your loan and payment processes. These changes include:
- Payment Gateway Automation: The "Adjust Payments" page will now automatically pre-select a customer's saved payment gateway. This reduces manual entry, prevents errors, and ensures consistency. You can still manually change the gateway if necessary.
- Independent Loan Integrations: The dependency between the MobiLend and SuperMoney integrations has been removed. You can now enable and use the SuperMoney loan application feature independently, providing greater flexibility and an improved user experience.
CRM and Task Management
We've made several enhancements to our CRM and task management tools to improve efficiency and data consistency.
- New Client Assignment Field in Task Reports: A new field, "Assigned to Client Record," has been added to the Tasks Report under the Calendar Tab and the main Task Report. This allows you to quickly see the primary user assigned to a client without navigating away from the task view.
- Improved Task Reporting Filters: You can now filter tasks by "Task Group" directly from the Tasks Report under the Calendar Tab. This new multi-select dropdown filter allows you to easily manage and monitor tasks assigned to specific teams, improving operational efficiency.
- Consistent Note Type Restrictions: Note Type restrictions have been extended to the Notes sections of the Loans, Advances, and Enrollment tabs. This ensures a consistent user experience and enforces role-based permissions across the platform.
