Settlements
Configurable Settlement Completion Status: This enhancement provides greater control over the settlement lifecycle by allowing you to define which offer statuses trigger the scheduling of settlement payments and earned performance fees. This decouples the transaction scheduling from a single "completed" status, preventing duplicate transactions and accommodating varied business processes. Additionally, you can now configure whether these transactions are created in an "Active" or "Inactive" state, offering another layer of control.
Display Voided Settlements in Enrollment Summary: To provide a complete history of all settlement activities, the Enrollment Summary View now displays both "Completed" and "Voided" settlements. We've added "Settlement ID" and "Settlement Status" columns to clearly distinguish between different settlement attempts on the same debt. This enhancement improves transparency and aligns the Summary View with the data shown in the Transactions tab.
Enhanced Settlement Payment Scheduling: To accelerate the process of scheduling settlement payments, we have introduced a new "copy" button within the settlement scheduler. This allows you to duplicate the payment amount from the previous installment to the next, reducing manual data entry. This feature is available for schedules with two or more payments and works seamlessly with the auto-adjust functionality.
Role-Based Access for Settlement Integrity: Access to the "Settlement Integrity" section on the Enrollment Detail View is now managed through a specific role permission, "View Settlement Integrity." This ensures that only authorized users can view sensitive settlement discrepancy data. By default, this permission is enabled for Super Admin and Admin roles and can be assigned to other roles as needed.
Evenly Split Payee Fees at Rebalancing: The fee rebalancing logic has been updated to split fees more equitably among multiple payees. Instead of scheduling fees sequentially, the system now calculates the proportional share for each payee based on the total amount owed and distributes available funds accordingly. This ensures a more balanced and fair allocation of performance fees during rebalancing.
Documents and Communications
Gateway Restrictions for Document Templates and Packages: To prevent errors in document generation, the system now automatically filters document templates and packages based on the consumer’s assigned payment gateway. When an agent is on the "Document Creator" tab, they will only see documents associated with the gateway on the consumer's enrollment plan. This minimizes the risk of sending incorrect documents and simplifies the selection process for agents.
Improved Document Generation Logic and API Updates: We have enhanced the document generation process to store and pass the associated Debt ID when a document is created for a specific creditor. This allows for more powerful and context-aware automations, as triggers for tasks, webhooks, and templates can now directly reference the specific debt. Correspondingly, the Get Document API endpoint now includes the debt_id field in its response, enabling better automation and direct linking for your integrated workflows.
Enhanced Clixsign Event Notifications: Users can now receive email and in-app notifications for key events in the Clixsign document lifecycle. System administrators can enable notifications for specific document statuses—such as 'Sent,' 'Opened,' 'Completed,' or 'Declined'—so that the user who originally sent the document is kept informed of its progress. This feature improves visibility and helps users track documents more effectively.
Improved Email Deliverability for Note Notifications: To improve the reliability of email notifications for contact and debt notes, we have introduced a new setting that allows these notifications to be sent from a Forth-controlled domain (noreply@setforth.com). When enabled, this feature helps prevent notifications from being marked as spam, ensuring your users receive these important updates. The sender's name will appear as "First Name Last Name (Forth CRM)" to maintain clarity for the recipient.
Integrations and API
Bulk Pre-Qualification for LendingUSA: For clients using the LendingUSA (LUSA) integration, we have introduced a daily automated job to pre-qualify contacts in bulk. This cron job runs on a specified contact list, checking the pre-qualification status for each contact and updating their record accordingly. This eliminates the need for manual, case-by-case checks and streamlines the process of identifying qualified loan candidates.
CFT Integration Updates for Fee Management: The Rebalance Fees feature is now available for accounts using the CFT gateway, allowing for the adjustment of future earned performance fees after a settlement is accepted. Additionally, the integration now supports a bidirectional sync for the Debt Fee Percent field. This ensures that the fee percentage at the individual debt level remains consistent between Forth and CFT, whether it's updated in the CRM or on the CFT platform.
New API Endpoint to Get All Contact Lists: A new API endpoint, GET /v1/contacts/lists, is now available to retrieve a comprehensive list of all contact lists within your account. This allows for programmatic discovery of list IDs and their associated metadata, such as name, creation details, and filters. The endpoint supports pagination and filtering, enabling more dynamic and automated interactions with your contact data.
Quickbooks Integration Update: This release includes foundational updates to our Quickbooks integration. Please refer to the Help Center article (click HERE) for more information.
Preset Management Fee for Advances: For users of the Advances module, you can now establish a preset management fee percentage for specific syndicates in the advance settings. When an affiliate with a preset fee is selected during the creation or editing of an advance, the management fee will be automatically populated. This reduces manual entry and ensures consistency in fee application.
Reporting and User Experience
New Filters for Financial Reports: The Dropped With Balance and Negative Account Balance reports have been enhanced with new filtering capabilities. You can now filter to exclude test accounts, accounts with scheduled refunds, and accounts with zero or negative balances, allowing you to generate more precise and relevant reports.
Enhanced Logging for User-Run Scripts: The Contact History tab now provides more detailed information when a script is used during a client interaction. Instead of a generic "Script updated Contact" entry, the log now displays the specific title of the script that was used, along with the user and timestamp. This improves visibility and traceability for managers reviewing agent activity.
New Contact List Filter for LendingUSA Loan Status: The List Builder now includes a new filter for "Lending USA FSL Status," allowing you to easily create contact lists based on the current status of a consumer's loan application with LendingUSA. You can also add the loan status as a displayable field on your contact lists. This makes it easier to track and manage contacts as they move through the LendingUSA loan process.
