FORTH CRM Updates
We've introduced several updates to improve the FORTH CRM. These changes include:
- Enhanced Control and Visibility Over Debt Fee Percentages: You now have more granular control over the Debt Fee Percent field. A new role permission allows you to control which users can view or edit this sensitive information, adding a layer of security. Additionally, you can now add this field as a column in the Debts tab, Creditor pages, and within various Accounting and Debt reports for easier visibility and analysis.
- A Modernized and More Efficient Lending USA FSL Integration: We've completely modernized our integration with LendingUSA's FSL platform. This update streamlines the process of submitting prospects and provides real-time loan status updates directly from LendingUSA back into the CRM. This ensures you always have the most current information without leaving Forth, and the application submission button is now smartly enabled only when a loan is in the correct "Prospect" status.
- Automatically Extract and Access Power of Attorney Documents: --Save time and improve organization with our new automatic document extraction feature. When a Clixsign document or package containing a Power of Attorney (PoA) is completed, the system now automatically extracts the PoA and places it in a dedicated "Power of Attorney" section on the contact's record for quick and easy access.
- Save Time with Smarter Debt Note Templates: Your note-taking just got more efficient. Note templates that use debt-related tags (like {DEBT_AMOUNT} or {CREDITOR_NAME}) will now automatically populate with the correct data from the associated debt record. This reduces manual entry and ensures accuracy when creating notes for creditors.
- Filter Contact Lists by Enrollment Fee: Creating targeted lists is now simpler. You can now use the "Fee 1" value from a contact's saved enrollment plan as a filter in the Contact List Builder. This allows you to easily segment contacts based on their specific enrollment fee for more effective communication and reporting.
- Gain Better Visibility in Transaction Views: We've made two key improvements to the transaction tables on the enrollment details page. First, you will now see reversal transactions directly in the "Summary View," saving you from digging into the detailed logs. Second, we’ve added Transaction IDs to the Summary View and Debt/Settlement IDs to the main Transaction View, making it much easier to trace payments and link them to specific settlements.
- Quickly Manage Multiple Documents with Bulk Deletion: You can now select multiple document templates and packages at once to delete them in a single action. This feature makes it much faster and more efficient to clean up old or unused documents, helping you keep your repository organized.
- Manage CFT Reversals Directly Within FORTH: You no longer need to switch between platforms to handle payment reversals. You can now create and schedule Transaction Reversals and Refund Reversals for the CFT integration directly within Forth. This keeps all your transaction management in one place and ensures balances remain perfectly in sync.
- Debt Type Sharing and Mapping Between Accounts: You can now share your account's "debt types" with another FORTH account and map them to their corresponding types. This update ensures that when you share an enrollment plan, the fee and settlement calculations work correctly, even if the accounts use different debt type setups. This eliminates calculation errors and manual workarounds for multi-account organizations.
FORTH PAY Updates
We also made several changes and improvements to the FORTH Pay system to improve efficiency and data consistency.
- More Secure and User-Friendly Customer Portal: We've rolled out several key improvements to the Forth Pay Customer Portal. Users will enjoy a refreshed and more intuitive interface. We also enhanced security by improving email validation during registration to prevent account conflicts and ensuring users can only update the email username for the specific account they are currently logged into. Moving forward, clients will use their email address instead of their customer ID to sign in. Additionally, a new passwordless login option will be introduced. Instead of remembering and entering a password, consumers will receive a unique, secure link delivered directly to their email for instant account access.
- Secure Signed Contracts with a New Role Permission: To protect critical documents from being accidentally altered, we've introduced a new "Allow Contract Update" role permission. This setting helps you prevent unauthorized changes to the Signed Contract / Gateway Authorization section after enrollment, ensuring the integrity of important documents like the Forth Pay Authorization. By default, this permission is disabled for most roles.
