What's New (19)
Comp Template Changes Reflected in System Log
Admins can now log any creation or update to a Comp Template in the system log of the associated account. This will allow users to track when a comp template was created or modified, who made the changes, and maintain an audit trail using the comp template ID for reference.
Remove Special Characters for Account Numbers during Forth Credit Pulls
Forth Credit now removes special characters from the debt account number before loading it into the CRM after parsing the credit report response message: These special characters include: {{/[^a-zA-Z0-9-]/}} Now, you may only use Uppercase and Lowercase letters, digits (numerals), and hyphens.
Hiding SSN's in KBA Popups
We removed the display of the SSN entirely during the KBA workflow, and noting that it is being pulled from the contact. When credit is pulled via Forth Credit the full SSN is sent to Spinwheel on the back-end, regardless of the users permission.
Prevent Users from Multiple Clicks of "Save"
We implemented a preventative measure within the CRM, disabling the "SAVE" button upon clicking, to eliminate the creation of duplicate or multiple ACH debit transaction when adding/inserting transactions to a consumer file.
Auto Redraft Feature Update
We enhanced Auto Redraft functionality to the FORTH system. This includes Day-Specific Redrafts, Gateway Customizations, and Improved Tracking, designed to make payment reattempts for failed transactions more efficient. These updates are tailored to FORTH Pay and GCS Gateways and apply to ACH debit transactions only.
Added Monthly Settlement Tags
We created two Tags,, {CURRENT_MONTHLY_SETTLEMENTS} and {PREV_MONTHLY_SETTLEMENTS} which populate contact monthly settlement information for debts settled in the current or the previous month.
Tag to Display Total Dollar Amount Paid Toward EPF
This new tag {CX_FEES_PAID_TO_DATE} allows client attorneys to populate the total dollar amount paid to date of earned performance fees for the specified debt. The tag should return the total sum of performance fee transactions in ‘Cleared’ status associated with the debt.
New Tag for California Law Compliance
This new tag table {TBL_FEES_CLEARED_MEMOS} displays the transaction memo field alongside the cleared earned performance fee (EPF) transactions. The Tag populates a table containing a list of cleared EPF transactions associated to the debt, transaction date, and the transaction memo.
Automatic Generation of Monthly Account Statements
Clients can now generate and deliver monthly customized escrow activity statements automatically, ensuring compliance with the latest state regulations.
Enforcement of 2FA on All Login Attempts
Admins can now ensure that two-factor authentication (2FA) is enforced on every login attempt so that user accounts remain secure and unauthorized access is prevented.
Prevent Different Users from Enrolling/Re-Enrolling a Contact at the Same Time
We implemented new time-based backend logic to the FORTH system. This prevents different users from completing an enrollment for a contact at the same time and prevent the creation of duplicate enrollment plan for a contact.
Create Permissions for Task Reassignment
We introduced a new permission, "Task Reassignment," in the CRM that restricts task reassignment to authorized users. Clients can assign this permission to any appropriate roles. A history event will create system logs on task reassignments to enhance accountability.
Role-Based Permissions for Shared Enrollment Plans (Affiliate End)
Account admins can now make enrollment plans shared with their account to be selectable by an Agent based on the designated user roles. This is done by enabling the receiving account to edit {User Role} and {Shared With Companies} settings in shared enrollment plans.
Share Documents Between Accounts via Webhook Based on Doc Type
Users may now specify which types of documents should be transmitted between Forth accounts via webhooks, so that only relevant documents such as contracts are shared.
Tag for Debt ID and Working via Webhook
Admins can now retrieve and display Debt ID via a Tag and transmit the data in a webhook.
RingCentral User Setting Page
Admins can map CRM users to RingCentral extensions through a dropdown lookup using names and extension numbers, so that they can accurately associate each CRM user with their respective RingCentral profile without performance issues during page load. This feature allows the look up of users by extension numbers and direct numbers to facilitate an easy mapping process.
RingCentral Authentication & Authorization
Users can now connect their RingCentral account to the FORTH CRM using the OAuth 2.0 authentication method, so that they can enable the integration and utilize RingCentral’s API features for seamless communication management.
Call Dispositions and Call Logs
CRM users can now view and manage detailed call logs (including call duration, type, direction, and participants) and categorize call outcomes with predefined dispositions (e.g., "Left Voicemail," "Connected") within the FORTH CRM, so that they can track, analyze, and improve call performance.
Add User Restrictions to Note Types
CRM admins can manage note types, note templates, and permissions efficiently so that the system remains organized and secure, ensuring that users have appropriate access based on their roles.
What's Improved (1)
Gray Out Past Dates on Tasks within Client's Profile
We modified the FORTH CRM Due Date selection feature in "Calendar > Tasks" and "Contacts > Tasks" to grey out and disable past dates.
