What's New (14)
Auto Clear Credit for Payees
A new setting, "Automatically Clear Credits for Payee," is now available in Advance Settings. Administrators can select companies whose associated payees will have credits automatically cleared when processed from the payment schedule, simplifying credit handling for syndicated advances.
Prevent Past-Dated Settlement Payments
To enhance payment processing accuracy, a new optional setting (disabled by default) prevents negotiators from saving newly "Accepted" settlement offers if they include payments scheduled in the past. This helps avoid potential downstream data issues.
Negative Balance Settlement Status Control
Gain more granular control over negative balance settlements. A new setting allows administrators to specify which non-"Accepted" statuses permit saving negative balance settlements. This offers flexibility, such as allowing saves in "In-Review" status while restricting them in others.
Accurate Settlement Summary Counts
The settlement payment summary count (e.g., "4/10") on the Debts > Settled Debt tab has been updated. It now accurately reflects the original number of scheduled payments, even if a consumer cancels their program, ensuring a true representation of settlement progress.
Enhanced Payment Modal Debt Selection
When processing payments, users can now select an associated debt or settlement offer directly within the payment modal. Displaying relevant details like creditor name and the last four digits of the account number helps ensure payments are applied correctly, especially for initial settlement payments.
Control Over Transaction Deletion
A new role permission, "Allow Delete Transaction," has been added. This gives administrators finer control over which user roles can access the "Delete" option within the Edit Transactions modal, enhancing transaction integrity by preventing accidental or unauthorized deletions.
Send External Forms via SMS
We've added a new "Send External Form Via SMS" trigger action. Alongside the existing email option (now "Send External Form Via Email"), you can now send forms via text message, provided you have a valid SMS integration and synced phone numbers.
New {LAST_CALL_NOTE} Tag
A new {LAST_CALL_NOTE} tag is now available. This tag captures the most recent call note from a client's log and can be used in triggers, templates, documents, and webhooks. This enables affiliates to receive the latest interaction details in real-time.
Credit Score Trigger Condition
You can now automate workflows based on a contact's credit information. "Credit Score" and "Bureau" are now available conditions within the trigger system, evaluating the most recent score if multiple exist.
Note Template Trigger Condition
For the "Note Created" event, a new "Note Template" condition is available. This allows you to trigger actions based on the specific template used when adding a note, enabling more granular automation like assigning tasks or sending context-specific communications.
Clixsign Default Enforced Signing Order
Enhance compliance by setting default preferences for 'enforce signing order' in Clixsign. This can be configured globally or per document template, ensuring documents consistently follow required signing protocols.
Enhanced Document Type Display
For improved clarity, the 'Doc Type' column is now displayed in all 'Docs' tabs within the contact dashboard. To avoid redundancy, this column has been removed from the 'Clixsign Docs' tab.
Configurable Customer Portal Access
Gain greater control by enabling the disabling of customer portal logins based on account addon status, allowing access management aligned with your business requirements.
Data Sources Honor Enrollment Plan Sharing
Data Sources now respect the enrollment plan sharing settings between companies when enrollment plan actions occur, ensuring consistency in data handling across your organization.
What's Improved (3)
Standardized Date of Birth Filter in List Builder
The List Builder now features a standardized "Date of Birth" filter with familiar conditions like "Between" or "Equal to Past," enabling more precise and intuitive contact targeting.
E-Marketing Email Templates Table Update
The user interface (UI) for the E-Marketing Tab > Email Templates page has been updated. The search field is now on the left, and all columns are sortable for easier navigation and management.
Dropped/Graduated Status Display
Clients now have immediate clarity on their program status. The Client Portal will display 'Canceled' or 'Graduated' statuses, along with the corresponding date where applicable.
